I'll be away for a period, so I'll just post the answers now.
True Went horseback riding on the steppes of Mongolia, my horse went crazy, I fell off and broke two ribs.
My horse ran and ran towards a steep cliff, and I didn't regain control of it, so figured out it was better to force the horse back to the left, than to continue straight forward, and when I did, I fell of to the right, on some rocky area, and broke my ribs. To this day, that is the longest period of pain I've ever had.
True I got a speeding ticket in Latvia, while renting a car. 92km/h in a 50 zone I didn't notice.
Unfortunately true. Me and some friends where going on a week long road trip in Estonia, Lithuania and Latvia where everything went fine until the last day of the stay, when I was captured by a radar camera. We drove on a deserted part in north west Latvia and met almost no cars, the speed limit were 80 all the way, but appaerently there was some houses along the road where the speed limit was reduced to 50. No number sign, just a village sign that indicated 50, which I didn¨t know at that time. The fine was incredebly low though. About 30 euros.
False I Was in Israelian airport prison for 48 hours, after they found visa from Tunisia, Egypt and Turkey in my passport and found me suspicious.
I mixed this one with some truth actually. Because they found me suspicious and asked me all kind of questions, but I never had to stay in the airport prison and I eventually got on my plane.
True Booked a holiday to Tunisia to get some warmth in the spring, I arrived in the coldest period in 28 years and it was snowing in the mountains.
Well, I can't back this information up, but I met a local in Sousse in February 2012, who told me this was the coldest time in 28 years. He was about 35, and he said this was the first time in his entire life, he wore a jacket 
That holiday sucked btw, as I only had a thin wind jacket and no gloves whatsoever.
True Had to jump off a train in motion in Ljubljana as it was already heading for Venezia before I was able to get off.
I was interrailing with my friend, on the way to Vienna where we HAD to get this evening in order to reach our morning flight back home. We arrived Ljubljana, and packed together our stuff, but oncoming passengers was already boarding the train from both sides of our wagon when me and my mate tried to get out. Our seats were located in the middle of the train, the hallway was incredibly tight so I tried the left way, and my friend the right way out. When I heard the whistling outside, I thought we could never make it, but I used my elbows and pushed away some people in order to get out in okay speed, not very fast or dangerous. My mate was 10 seconds slower than me, so looking him jumping out further down the tracks was hilarious. Some train personnel thought we were doing this on purpose though, so they weren't exactly happy...

1) My car was stolen 2 times, even though it is a VW Lupo.
