I remember that we raised it as a possibility on the last day of the Tour. Surprised that it happened this quickly though!
After the Olympics it was a darn near certainty. He has everything else already and they sometimes go a bit mad after great sporting success in the NYHL. After England won the 2005 Ashes they were giving honours out for fun. Paul Collingwood got an MBE after playing 1 game and basically not being involved. |

They should have a pretty good season. Could be one of the top teams if Farrar can get going in the sprints again, like in 09.
The addition of Nuyens is really good imo.
I'd love Hushovd winning PR or RvV just so the Norwegians go crazy again for old times sake.
Edit: Forgot that Hushovd was on BMC for some reason.....
Farrar was disapointing to say the least and only stood from the shadows a little at the stupidest race, but I had a dream last night of him winning a sprint in a race, I think the Giro. I am totally seeing the future there.
The team is pretty standard of the last couple of years with Hesjedal, Martin, Danielson, Vande Velde, and now Talansky at the GC, Farrar with Hunter as a leadout and two time trialists known as Zabriskie and Millar. All very familiar.
RIP Exxon Duke, David Veilleux, Double Feature, and Monster Energy

LA was sponsor of LA MSS back in the days. They had an organised doping system worked out by their team doctor. That scandal exploeded in 2008. So yes.

Not trying to be disrespectful or anything, but let's keep this forum for News in December (in English). Alright? |

J Rod schedule :
Tour San Luis
Tour of Oman
Tirreno
Volta a Catalunya
Ardennes
Romandie
-----------
Tour de Suisse
Tour de France
---------
Vuelta
Worlds
Lombardia
Crazy schedule. He intends to come in shape to win Tirreno and ''contend'' for Volta. Then short break ( and I presume possibly Vuelta al Pais Vasco along the way ) to the Ardennes. Not sure why he's scheduled for Romandie, but oh well.
Then big break, Suiise and peak at Tour. Break again, and another peak at Vuelta & Worlds.

So basically he's learned absolutely nothing from his 2010 and 2011 struggles.

So a peak in april, july and in September..... Think JRod will win the World Tour rankings again, but will possibly only win an Ardennes classics (La Flèche again?). Further, he'll mess up the Tour, win a few stages in La Vuelta (4th in the GC), misses th epodium at the Worlds, as Spain has got 7 leaders, and wins Lombardia in his submarine, as in 2012.

Well, at least he won't be one of the guys Cancellara accuses of only caring about the Tour
(which is hilarious considering Andy is his teammate, but then again Fabian has always been a pretty big hypocrite)
