EBH's injury will probably give Farrar cobbles leadership, though far too late, as Farrar can't handle the quality and amount of cobbles in Flanders and Roubaix.

Looks like some good racing was going on there in De Panne. Kristoff with some stunning form, but I wonder if he invested a bit too much for those 1-1-1-3 when we look ahead to De Ronde.
It sucks that Cancellara won't ride Ronde but I don't mind that Devolder gets a chance at De Ronde once more. Highly likely he won't win it again but hey, never know.

Those looked excellent. Was nice to read. In especially as I wasn`t able to watch Gent-Wevelgem.
As I will msot likely miss the Ronde as well, I hope to see them doing it for this race as well. |

With Cancellara and Boonen's absence, he's the only former winner to start
And we really need a preview thread

To hijack this thread a bit further, Scheldeprijs tomorrow. It's really close to my new office, so will try to provide some pictures.
The startlists has never looked more empty then this year though. No Cav, no Kittel, no Greipel. If Kristoff wants to risk the sprint, it will be hard to beat him.

Yeah, great sprint, but he was stucked there. Easy one for Kristoff in this competition, even with long sprint, well done.
That crash.

It lived up to its reputation. Make a sprint challenge out of this.

What the Kristoff is this!?
I'm gonna make a bold prediction of him not winning Roubaix but he seems unstoppable |

I am also a little surprised on just how strong he is right now.
Also not a bold prediction saying he won't win Roubaix, I have a feeling he will be marked out of the race

Is anybody getting maybe just a little suspicious of Kristoff since the latter part of last year.
I mean, stone me if you like, but this is pretty crazy for a guy that is 27 was just a pretty good sprinter at the beginning of last year.
Not that today's win was so impressive, just his rise in the past while.
I don't think he's doped, but Katusha isn't exactly a clean team so i get suspicious easily.

You look at his results last season and this season, there is not such a big difference. Sure he's got much more wins because he has taken part in those mediocre middle east tours, in the big races so far, there has not been a massive difference IMO
