Do we need to provide all the graphics aside from the original jerseys from signups (e.g. NC jerseys, arm warmers, gloves, bike graphics, etc.)? 'Cause if so I might need some help with that having about negative experience with graphics design.

The problem is access a computer to do it on, I have 't been able to view the excel files on iPad and I have a lot of U23 riders to choose from.
Although I could probably do budget now that I've realised,

No. You can but you dont have, too. Only a main shirt is mandatory. Most teams give NCs on top but that's it.
e.g. I requested a NC for Sagan since he will hopefully be seen in a lot of winning pictures but i dont mind that Hushovd and Grivko dont get a NC since they likely wont be seen a single time on the winning picture.

Sorry I didn't answer those questions earlier, I wasn't really home since Thursday.
@brewers: I actually didn't add that rule this year, but also didn't explicitly say that wouldn't be possible. so if you made your planning based on that rule, you can go below 1000 with a certain talent focus.
@Scatmaster: Yes correct
@matt: I'd prefer if you decide now on the budget, but if your mind changes you'll be able to change it at the end of the year, before using it.
@Luigi: Talent Focus: You can scout riders with that from a list of regens. By spending money on a rider, you will have a clearer idea what the riders stats/potential is.
On top of that you can pay a scouted riders wage you sign from the talent focus money.
Research: Can be spent on a lot of stuff, including increase of stats/potential/racedays/Age of Decline
@The Rider: Thanks.

@trekbmc: I have no deadline yet, because the next tasks will need all routes added to the calendar thread and I don't know yet, how fast I can do that. I hope I'll do tomorrow.

Yes, if it's possible. I don't like generic NCs so I have a small tendency to let them ride in my normal team colors but it's up to you to decide that

bwig - Excellent! This goes to everyone, to help out Bikex try and name the files properly so he can just copy them in to his stores. This is how the files should be named eg: (Substitute 'pro' for your own three letter team abbreviation)

If you want accessories, which aren't necessary at all, and don't name them right then they won't be added.

It's right it would make stuff easier when naming your jerseys like that right away. Allthough this year I already added accesoires for other teams by using a bulk renamer.
