There was just news that Saxo wanted to stay cosponsoring. Then Tinkoff says they will not be in the name.
Well they will cooperate, just not enough money this year to have a case to be in the team name.
According to Saxobank nothing has been done yet, so its probably just a negotiation ploy by Tinkoff. |

Honestly if you aren't in the name or a big part of the jersey, it's not wroth putting any money in.

Sad to see Boom leaving. I guess he wants to be a leader in the classics and with Vanmarcke at Belkin, he clearly wouldn't have got many opportunities.
It's not that bad, he never delivered in the classics anyways. Vanmarcke is way better.
True. But, he also had a lot of bad luck in key moments in at least two Paris - Roubaix if I remember correctly.

Vaughter just tweeted that Dennis has gone with immediate effect and that's how all transfers should be done

Unless you are a rich guy in need of some luxury hobby, which is very much the case when it comes to Lars Seier of Saxo Bank. Guess that's why him and Oleg seems to be getting along so well...

Just having Saxo involved with the project even without the name caused massive coverage from Denmark and the whole Scandinavia as well internationally it wont be that effective. Can also have an effect for the remaining Danish riders for the future if their co-op continues between Saxo and Tinkoff

True. So many sprinters have been added to the team, so many that I don't know who they will ride for other than Nacer Bouhanni.
But also their "climbers" have left, so their only bet has to be Nacer Bouhanni. And if he fails to deliver, we are back at the problem again. Who should they ride for? |

About their climbers. Is it certain that Navarro will leave? He's the only one that really delivered... They also signed guys like Geniez and Rossetto.

is it true Navarro and Edet signed a new contract with Cofidis? i read it somewhere earlier today, not sure if they were true or not!! I would think Petit and Van Staeyen will be the next after Bouhanni in the sprints!

If you read that Navarro and Edet signed a new contract, it's probably true, because I haven't seen anything indicating a switch.
And after reading through the news, using the same source again, I would like to change "climbers" to Le Mével, Taaramäe and Coppel. |

Robert Gesink probably prolongs his contract at Belkin.

I am REALLY surprised!!! he's gonna be a domestique like with Sky, but with less of an understanding about track. unless there is some weird contract, I don't really see the benefits for either party. |
