I haven't seen this quality of trolling for a long time around these parts. I don't even have popcorn at hand.

he desperately needs to win Pais Vasco, I can't understand how he has managed not to so far.
Contador is really always good in PV, so Valv won't manage this time around either.

Yes, Contador is for some reason always much better in Pais Vasco than Catalunya for example. Its not fair to show me a GIF of Contador in 2014, he was otherworldly that year. Doesnt change the fact that Valverde should have won it earlier in his career. He has been very close a couple of times.
But this year could be different, this year it seems to be Valverde who is having a monster year. I hope. |

Lol Avin, Sagan doesn't seem the cleanest of clean either now does he?
Oh...how cheap, to change the topic to another rider, combined with "fan pun".
Personally i doubt Sagan is clean of the cleanest, but i can give him better benefit of the doubt than proven doper, who never confessed or regret. And doped in the time when he won his only GT...
I consider what Sagan did at G-W this year (check the G-W thread you can see the video of what he did there) and RVV in 2013 worse than Valverdes eternal doping. Also it is not like Sagan is squaeky clean either... (I don't believe in the top athletes in sports, very probably Sagan is doping as well, just like the others.) |

Those old school spaniards don't need to juice anymore nowadays.
They are like Obelix.
Let's just hope that British Postal fails early on in the Tour
so we can have an entertaining race instead of some grade A bore-fest. |

Seems kinda surprising to me, especially considering a rider like Coquard is also racing here. At least stage 1 did not seem as wacky as last year

Considering Jules' past, I have a theory why Coquard didn't feature...

Coquard hit back in today's morning stage.
Then Dowsett won the afternoon TT and claimed the leader jersey.

Look at Theodore Yates' mustache... Any chance he is the evil brother of Adam and Simon?

Calmejane's stage win yesterday proved to be decisive for the GC, as he takes it after today's stage, which was won by Coquard.

Two other pro races were also raced today. Gorka Izagirre won in Amorebieta, with Movistar as the only present WT team.
Appennino was surprisingly won by Celano
Btw, find the error in the Amorebieta profile

You're right. Still kinda weird that one summit is 20mtrs lower than the others, but looking at the roads it kinda makes sense to me now.

Thanks sutty, for some reason PCS doesn't seem to cover this race. Any live streams available?

Brabantse Pijl will be shown on ES tomorrow, thats always a pretty good race. QS look strong and hopefully they will prevent an Aussie victory from either Matthews or, god forbid, Simon Gerrans. |
