Indeed. But to be honest, it's better he caught them early on than now
It’s been a turbulent start to the season to say the least. I arrived at the Mallorca training camp in January in good shape but feeling like something wasn’t quite right on the bike. Shortly afterwards during the Volta ao Algarve, I picked up a chest infection which kept me bed ridden for almost two weeks and then lingered on for another two weeks preventing me from taking the start at Paris-Nice.
As I felt progressively better I began to train more, only to have an accident on my TT bike which had me in hospital for the day- luckilly only leaving with a chin full of stitches.
Shortly thereafter I had some blood tests that revealed active bilharzia parasites in my system, which I have been trying to get rid of for the past 18 months. This would explain why the chest infection affected me so severely and it took me so long to get over.
Currently, I’m sitting with three weeks of solid training in the bank since repeating the treatment for bilharzia and all the signs are looking good. It will probably still take me a bit of time to get used to the race rhythm again but physically and mentally I’m now ready to race again. At long last!

Oh okay. Thank you for the information. |

issoisso really hates Chris Froome But he does make some interesting points.
Personally I love Froomy and Wiggo and I think you are quite entitled to support a rider you admire and trust their integrity through any non-scientific accusations pressed against them.
Conversely, I don't think it is terribly healthy to speculate over a rider or team, even in a more statistical manner, but of course understandably everyone follows sport in a different manner. |

Two different cases. Hesjedal was a very good MTB rider who switched to road only at 24. And also you can see how he has progressed through these 8 years. |

janibrajkovic @janibrajkovic
After talking to a few guys today, I can say major reason for crashes radios. For that reason totally against radios.

Yet some people still buy the "security reasons" bullshit.

Wrong, he just uses logic to put some not so clever arguments.
Or maybe he hates Froome, but it doesn't make his posts against him (Froome) "biased" (if he realy hates or not only him can tell)

Klöden has been heavily criticized today.
Now the loser tries to justify himself.

"disappointed about the result today... felt good before the last climb.but after 1k in the climb i was in big trouble."
So he felt good in the flat, and was in big trouble 1km into the only noticeable climb. Klöden is freakin hilarious.

I am, however, going to say that I actually enjoyed watching the stage. To me, it was exciting to see such a large group of riders, top riders, being dropped and losing quite a lot of time for such a short climb.
That said, I hope to see Froome betray Wiggins at some point

This is going to be a looooong Tour, if Sky keep winning.
I honestly prefer Contador vs. Schleck to this.
You mean like Hesjedal?
You mean nearly winning a Gold Medal at the Olympics before a sharp rock sliced his tire? And then moving over to road he made slow progressions every year! Last year was a big mess because he focussed totally on the Tour and couldn't find form for any other races really. Look at his results from 2003 to now.
His curve shows that he has made slow improvements. He is reaching the peak of his career now, so I think its safe to say these will be his best years! In that time he's also gradually been getting a bigger and bigger role within his teams. Not just a coincidence imo.

Same. I don't like to see a clearly stronger rider being held back by team politics. I want to see him ride for his own chances

Nope. Absolutely nothing against him either as a rider or as a person.
Just pointing out why his transformation couldn't possibly be more suspicious.

Hesjedal didn't come from nowhere he was consistantly around or in that top10 GC TdF rider. He was solid Top20 GC rider. But Froome come on.. he literally owned Evans, he was leading the group for long time still he managed to outsprint Evans one of the fastest GC riders of them all. I remember Froome at Barloworld he was mediocre at best....

You guaranteed to us Klöden would be up there fighting for the win.
You lied. I feel betrayed.
If I can't trust Doping, what can I trust?
EDIT: On Hesjedal I agree, his improvement was very gradual

Mission Impossible for Klöden
2.29 minutes to Wiggins.
But the tour has begun today !
2 weeks are long !
Klöden know the situations.

haha yes i could tell that he was just refuting Froome's intergrity hence the
It was just he seemed to be absoulutely hammering away any ounce of goodness that Froome has in his soul with his argument. I guess that highlights the case in hand...
Still Froome ftw |
