Monfort doing better than a disappointing Atapuma is not very good news for us, although Monfort does still have a top 5 placing. Expected better from JDA on stage 4. Lobato with a couple more top 5s is good riding from him. After a good start, it's gone a bit downhill for us.

Why do I feel Appo's win will be the highlight of the race ffs Nieve

Mountains galore in South Africa (and Lesotho). Stages 7 & 8 are now up.
Spoiler Brave, brave riding by Angus. Just runs out of ability near the end as you'd expect but top 20 looking certain which, against this level of competition, is incredible. 21 minutes ahead of the next best DT rider shows how well he's doing.

Konig and Hirt both still really solid, but after seeing Konig did that on stage 7, I had hoped he could keep the lead, especially considering his domestiques here with Hirt and Zeits are not too bad at all.

8th and 9th looks like the best result we could possibly get so mission accomplished I guess. Multiple top tens is always fantastic in monuments. Thanks for the nice coverage Shonak.

Ronde (Video: https://www.youtu...SIwEbIdeps ) is up and was quite a nice race. Because of the great stage design, I thought I'd video record about the last 70k.
Also, first three stages of Ster ZLM Tour are up.
Spoiler Basically Fiellers tearing the peloton a new one on the echelons and getting hardly anything in return #EtixxStyle I went back and made a video of the echelons but unfortunately the file had a problem, for whatever reason.. sorry

Second again in a key race, that's a good thing I guess. Well played by Terpstra with a very smart attack.
Assuming we are Fiellers, good to see us making it a hard race, at least we have the U25 and team classification for now
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

Ronde: not much to say:
Ster ZLM: nice second place by Petit in stage 1, nice second place by Bouhanni in stage 2. Still no victory yet from him though...

Well Langeveld finished 67th ...
In all the cobble races so far: the only result of note is a 9th place: and I thought Feryn had 77/78 cobble riders: appears I was mistaken ... Knew we should have tried harder to sign Cordeel.
Strange enough this bad result has given me some extra motivation for a race tomorrow!
Thanks Shonak. |

what the fuck Vanmarcke??? seems like cobbled world cup wasn't the most clever idea to assign as a goal...Sep horribly underperforms on every cobbled race this season so far...
ZLM makes me cry as well...

Thanks Shonak.
There was a pretty big crash actually in the first half of the race, could be Langeveld (and others) were part of it. None of the top riders upfront tho.

Ster ZLM Tour final two stages uploaded and Wallonie Prijs, which was a very fine race.

Yah whatever - can do 3rd (if he keeps it) but the manner in which he took it is poor - very poor. Next year it'll be Vanendert and god damn me he may win it - props to Fuglsang he's a great rider.
As I've said, that's just what happens when you give Demare a 5 day sprint race with no Appo to beat him

Van Keirsbulck keeps delivering, a bit sad the real life version got demoted to PCT level cause I think he had the same potential.
Van Poppel struggling on the last stages, but the GC was lost already anyway. I feel we can have a good season despite the predictions.
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

Really poor races really for Saeco, we are not really getting involved which is disappointting - that said the cobbles part was always going to be a quiet time of the season for us.
