I'm currently disgusted about the amount of effort the players are putting in. back in my time the players would put in at least 15~20 items

My thoughts exactly, the attitude the players are tackling this season with is just so fucking wrong I want to cry. The fact you are in a big alliance doesn't mean you're guaranteed to get to the top 3, in fact, the bigger this is, the higher the chance you're fucked.
And even if you somehow get to the top 3, you still will never be voted by other players on the basis of having done shit the entire game. Under this point of view, the good ol' orgy alliance was much better, at least they battled it out for fuck's sake. If we don't count The Hobbit.
If everyone keeps playing like this, ivaneurope is guaranteed a top 3, even though it's highly probable he'll get replaced and then evicted right now.

Want to make a bit of a point for myself:
The jersey challenge was hard because I'm rubbish at making jerseys, but I still spent an hour on it.
This challenge I didn't have the time because of homework and waiting for an answer to my question until the morning it was released, and I forgot to check the time to find out we had a surprisingly short amount of time compared to other Vetos and HoHs.

I don't care how well he played or not, getting to the top 3 just because you are considered the worst player deserves recognition. If he does it, he has my vote no matter what. Winning the hoh for him could be remembered as the most colossal fuck up in the history of the game by the rip off orgy alliance.
