Now to see who illegaly crossed the railroads. Haven't watched it yet, but what if Degenkolb was amonst those who stopped and quickly crossed before the train came?
What if, what if... What if no 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 9 and 10 was? Should no. 6 win then?
The riders decided to let things blend after the incident, so it had no effect on the race at all.
To look for the fails is a poor mans choice.

EDIT: Ah, he waited.

Took a while to get going, train crossing aside, but a great finish. Can't say Degenkolb didn't deserve it, though it was made easier when Lampaert turned into his teammate once Stybar caught up.
Never expected Wiggins to win, but was nice to see him attack on the cobbles with 30km to go for a brief gap. Great stuff by Rowe too.
Saramotins 13th and Rast 20th, having been in the break all day!

What?
It doesn't matter what the riders decided to do, if they broke the rules they should be out, it's pretty simple

Don Rd Launching Place
Melbourne Hill Rd Warrandyte
Colby Drive Belgrave South

Also awful leadout from Lampaert. Can't put your teammate in the wind that early

Eh? It was about 200 metres to go and Lampaert was clearly empty. Huge ride by him <3 |

I was out all day and I missed the entire race so I recorded the race to watch it later, turn on the radio in the car and they say Degenkolb won. FML |

The effect on the race is completely irrelevant. It's a rule made to defend the rider's integrity, not to protect the race.

Yeah yeah, let's keep on bitching about that for the rest of the day, instead of enjoying a great race. One of the best Paris-Roubaix' in my time.

Even more shocking is the fact that there were two Movistar riders who were still in the pack by then!
EDIT: I mean 3!! Am I on drugs?
