Don't worry about the stripes, if you have PCM2012 they would appear on the shoulders and should be straight in game
Sure, I'll post the .tga file here. As for where to save them, I don't know. I had PCM2010, but I don't play it anymore as I don't have a computer. I can only do jersey making and internet browsing on the family's computer, so sorry, my memory is a bit rusty. As far as I know, you can just overwrite the saved file of the standard custom teams.
If you're in a leader's jersey, you'll need what they call a transfert. This is the logo(s) located in the rectangular block. I'll make that quickly and upload them for you. Just tell me which NC you want, it's pretty simple

Ja, true. It's really a thing of trial and error and pratice! I saw ANFreeman's first jerseys the other day. They were pretty good, but nowhere near where he is now!
