No shock doesn't mean it shouldn't be posted. Either way, it's mentioned in the Transfers thread, although there's no article link.

There is a transfer thread, though.

If CAS don't come to a verdict by the end of July, then he'll walk free, as the two years would be backdated. Unless they do a Valverde. |

Why would they backdate it? He's been racing, so it won't be backdated. |

if it isn't backdated, will they still count all his results from the past two years?

Valverde's case was weird...
I don't know the rules. In a perfect situation, Contador keeps his results (except the 2010 Tour) and gets a two year ban starting from the day the verdict is announced. |

Maybe someone should start an angry mob and let Contador be trialed by the people?
HE SHOULD HANG... his head in shame for what he has done.

He married a woman named Macarena....I think he's already sufficiently ashamed.

Just a question; should Kittel and Contador be banned for doping, will you be giving them a 2 year "injury" in your game? |

Nope, PCM is the lollipop land where a clean cycling is possible, so I won't ban them for offenses comitted in alternate universes.

Plus I would wait for Kittel`s case a bit.
As far as I have read the investigation is mainly against the doc.
Kittel admitted that he was there in 2008 due to a normal sickness and he was supposed to go there. And what he did there wasn`t illegal or so although he admitted that the doc did some UV stuff there. But this is no transfusion or something like this and obviously has no effect on the effort.
The NADA is at the moment looking through all data to consider if they do something against any sports men.
At the moment he looks innocent to me and shouldn`t be banned therefore.
If other things will come out he must be banned. And this would indeed be terrible for German cycling...

WADA states German UV blood treatment was not banned until 2011
They look to be alright ( Kittel, Gretsch & Degenkolb ). Though they will have a tarnished reputation for some time though. But hopefully nothing big will come out of this.
