Cullaigh claiming a win is cool! Congratulations, ryant. Must admit I didn’t expect Konychev to be last leadout. Had hopes that would be a purer sprinter. It might have made for better leadouts energy wise, eventhough it is obviously impossible to tell. Hoping we can get it right at least once here |

Getting better with every stage, can’t help but notice how late the sprint starts in this game version though. Seemed like as soon as he jumped there was no way anyone was going to overtake. Ok HC position but Gaviria needs to win tomorrow to make this race worthwhile or we are screwed.
FYI, this is because they will not sprint to the line unless they have the red bar to make it to the line in this version, so if their red bar is low, they'll start their sprint later
Good to know, thanks mate

Looks like Rodenberg got boxed in on the left there with the narrowish roads. Can't complain after the first two stages, and he still put himself in a solid position considering the field. Hope for better luck tomorrow.

Better from Kuli but absolutely no impact on the GC placing

Solid sprint for Rodenberg with another top 10. His positioning has been about as good as you can hope for. Sometimes he has the right wherl, sometimes not, but he's clearly punching above his weight overall. Now let's keep it up and get out of here with a good GC.

And thats game over for Ovsya. Will end up a bad race for him but still dont regret sending him here because the upside of a surprise GC result was too tempting. Now the main hope is that Herregodts will have a good epilogue to secure us a solid result at least.

Farantakis just didn’t have it here. He was delivered Well enough, and had every chance to put the GC in the bag. Now it’s Obviously very questionable, as 7-8 riders can all win it still.

Looks like Aniolkowski alternates good sprints with bad sprints, but wearing yellow even for a day was pretty fantastic given he is not among the top favorites here. Losing all three jerseys in the same stage sucks though.

Much, much better from Groenewegen! There is still a potential GV well inside the top 10 to play for here. Hopefully he can continue in a similar way on the final sprint stage. |

As per tradition we are nothing but extra's here. Peloton filling.
It's expected, so it's ok.

4 subpar sprints is not what we hoped for here, but we are still within an actual shot of winning the GC which was among the key decisions when training Farantakis!
Brilliant to see Vlatos picking up a few seconds. I suspect he is a bit to weak by now, but it would be nice to see him Pick up a top 50 GC for some minor points.
Also really interested in seeing how Moutsios can do in the U25. I don’t have a lot of knowledge on High PRL riders in that category.

We have to admit it, our leadout is a no go. At least with Konychev as the final guy
Great to have Groenewegen do another great stage. That second place, combined with the riders ahead of him, should make a top 10 GC very possible, even a top 5 could be doable. Also having the GC leader only 51 seconds ahead of the bunch, makes for an interesting epilogue for Kragh. A GC top 15 has been his normal performance, if I remember correct. Fingers crossed he can do another one of those to secure us some depth points!
Congratulations on the win and the GC lead, cio. Though, for the latter, this is definitely Farantakis’ to loose. Can’t see it happen, meaning it should be a massive, massive win for ELCO. |

Going into the final TT 2nd in the GC and 1st in the points is a great achievement for Aniolkowski. He is gonna lose buckets of time in the epilogue, but couldn't have asked for more from him in the sprint stages.
The sprint results seem still pretty random even though the dynamics of them.has changed. Really sucks for Gaviria to not have even one good sprint.

 1st win of the season
Great for Jasper to get off the mark. He was on course for an abysmal race until he won stage 4. Following up with a 3rd place should ensure this is our first positive race of the season.
I agree with the others that sprints are still kinda random as before, but it's cool to see more leadout trains in action.

Cullaigh ended up as one of the more consistent sprinters here so that is good from our perspective - although the last stage was a disappointment as we could've won the GC and SC with a good result we'll take a stage win of course but that underperformance in the last stage was costly and Kemboi not grabbing some bonus seconds either means not a lot of depth points potentially...
Overall, individual stage results seemed more random but kind of averaged out a little for most sprinters but if course there are some over and under performances.

Rodenberg looked like he got stuck behind a failing train there unfortunately. Just the luck of the draw. He still managed to come around Cullaigh to sneal into the top 10, which is weird. 9th on GC is a solid result for him obviously, even if it looked even better after the first two days. We'll hope he can have a good prologue to stay in the top 10. Could go either way given he's solid but not particularly impressive in those situations.
