Before everybody clamours about how some of the really obvious picks have been missed again, I realised that I already felt like I'd missed the bandwagon on those guys and this guy has potential to be one of my favourite cyclists even if he's not necessarily the next Sagan (more the next Laporte ), so decided that despite the other options, I want:

Nice pick trekky.
I'd love to go down the Sosa or Philipsen or Lambrecht route, but I can't deny pure talent, the potential, the 13th most UCI top 10s this season, a Kiwi sportsman, some Phar Lap etc. revenge, and pissing off trek, and so, with the fourth pick of the November 2018 21 and Done Draft, jandal selects...
Spoiler

When did Stannard change nationality?
Also, of course the last round would ruin my draft position.

Born Aussie, raced Kiwi, then raced Aussie again.

Anyway, my first pick has already secured a win riding amongst the professionals only in his first year riding at this level...
Spoiler ...and I'm curious what kind of rider he will turn out, classics or stage racer, so I go with Bjorg Lambrecht!

Rob is a Kiwi unfortunately born in the wrong side of the ditch who is undercover to try and further himself by utilising the nice Aussie path to success. What a brave soul to go in there alone, I do worry about the lad.
Lambrecht is a class A pick, nice one

Hirschi, Stannard and Lambrecht 3 very good riders. All kind of where they may could have been expected, though Lambrecht surely was an outside Top3 draft shot. Great pick-ups. Now it will be a nail-biter to wait for Shonaks pick for me

MG draft was more fun with the #1 pick

David Gaudu will not forget the transgression of making it 21 instead of 22

You do realize Narvaez had been at Quickstep and signed for Sky now?

There was only 1 rider that could've changed my plans on who to pick - and f*** it, I still can't believe he fell through to me, as he would've been my #1 draft pick.
With the 8th pick in the "21 and Done" kick-off draft, Croatia14 selects...
Spoiler

Surprised this guy is still available, it's a no brainer for me. Best stage racer of his class...

Pogacar, surprised it took that long! Perfect pick for you though red

Sosa and Pogacar did go surprisingly long without being picked, really proven to be super talented already, which is why I felt like Hirschi was a risk (compared to them, obviously ) Nice picks all round though, really interesting seeing everyone’s thoughts
