Agh. Everything looked so good with the breakaway holding a steady gap and then PCM did a 180 and striped Altur of the race lead. Hard to complain about a gutsy move paying off for Wisniowski.
Well, hopefully Altur can just hang on for a Top 3 finish now.

This is very frustrating, with Vanbilsen doing the smae in De Panne twice and not getting the gap. Still, I can only applaud such a daring attack.
Nice try by Vanbilsen as well, but he should've gone together with Wisni. Van Asbroeck sprinted well, but againnot what we need. Two stages left now for Van Asbroeck, and a third place is no longer good enough.
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

Only catching up now, but w o w what an attack from Wisniowski!
We seem to be in pretty good shape despite a disappointing finish on stage 2. Wisniowski was never going to be beaten today so 3rd isn't too bad at all.
Thanks tsmoha for the reports!

That's exactly what a rider with his stats should be doing. Congrats Grieg!

Well this is a bit of a mixed race for us. I didn't expect much with our previous cobbles campaign in mind so the 4th place on stage 1 to Kulppi after crashing and even with Vastaranta further back in that group is very nice.
Also good to see him not lose time after crashing again the next day. Of course not crashing all the time would be better but decent damagecontrol so far with 2 riders in the GC top 20. Now just please let them survive the last stages...
As far as I can read my boys have been quite active chasing breaks (thanks for the detailed reporting of that part!) so it would be great if one of them managed to actually get away and do something.

Yes! Great attack from Wisniowski, and a great first win for him. Our top five goal looks very much within reach now, hopefully we can even hold on to the win. Excpect some similar attacks from our rivals the coming days, so hopefully Wisniowski will be on the alert.
Thanks for the congratulations and thanks for the report, tsmoha

Awesome awesome ride by Wisno, great to see him succeeding for Poland, gratz Tasta!
Vantomme at least top 10 this time, had good positioning but was forced to go too early, much better to see than stage 2 at least and cool that he and Morkov are slowly climbing the rankings.
Thanks for another great report tsmoha!

Lovely move by Wisno. He has an amazing skill set which I'd love to have in my team and he perfectly used it on this stage. I like it.
A Big Thank You To All MG Reporters!

Fuckin' dammit, so close again for Goss. 4th, 3rd and now a 2nd place. Just been unlucky that there's been some great performances from Wisniowski and Bazza.
Such a shame we haven't been able to convert one of those podiums to a win, because the team has been at the front working hard every day.
Congrats to Fererro too, that was indeed a mighty win
Thanks tsmoha!

Poor Altur, he did not deserve that.
We have the top 5 we need, but still need to watch out for Rowe and his crazy attacks.
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

De Haes tried and failed, but finally I see some attacking riding from my riders. Shame to see Marcos dropped but at least we still have Albert in the first group.

Got the 2nd place in GC, but this definitely doesn't feel like a great stage for us...

Another day with noone in the break and bad luck for Kulppi is disappointing,
Good to see Vastaranta make the split though and going from 18th+20th in GC to 14th+22nd should be an improvement in terms of points anyway. Also both Brynjolfsson and Manninen staying inside the small points is nice.

Bazzana.
Back to his business.
Goss also really having a good season after changing teams even though not getting many wins yet.
Bad luck for Newton in especially and also Polanc lost a bit. Though when still having Kump/Jans up there, losing your 3rd highest rider only by a few spots, is surely something to be able to live with. |
