Hochmann and Kreder For us a great stage too: Our man Schomber getting in a break for Statoil and also Kennett and Onodera trying to mix it up and claiming the white jersey 1-2 <3
24/02/21 - kandesbunzler said “I don't drink famous people."
15/08/22 - SotD said "Your [jandal's] humour is overrated"
11/06/24 - knockout said "Winning is fine I guess. Truth be told this felt completely unimportant."

Getting a point out of a sprint stage is new for us, so the objective for Angarita has already been accomplished!

Yeah, it would be great if you told your riders to take their collective fingers out

2 out 3 flat stages saved. That's the only thing it matters now.
When it says that Bennett is the only GC to be in the split, I believe that Valls was also in that group. You can spot an orange jersey behind 2 ¿Telia? riders, and also i think that one of them blocked him at some point, so he was dropped from that group.

Ah shame for Kennett to lose white and also for Bennett to not get that gap. Clear BS from the race jury, surely a formal complaint to follow

That was actually Serrano, who was dropped (not blocked) along with Hacecky of Telia.

Sadly, no gaps given. Would have made the racing in the mountains more interesting

Pretty happy with this so far, at least Angarita mixing it up in the sprints, gives me hope that somewhere he might steal a win.
Edit ... I also actually really like seeing Beccera lose the 5 minutes this stage. He can be a solid rider who might be allowed to break away in upcoming stages.

Not much else to expect from these stages. Only positive is no time lost.

Salleh might have had to go a little bit early there, as it looks like Awang is taking it up and finishing too soon compared to if we had a strong 3 man train instead of Hugentobler leading the sprint train. Or at least that's the impression I got compared to Reddit's sprint train.
Hopefully we can get it right and claim the stage win on the next one as I doubt we'll get anything out of the mountains.
Bennett was unlucky not to get the split given as that would have come in very handy in the mountains.

2nd and 7th from the first two stages seems decent. Don't think we were expecting a lot more than that.
Looks like our fellow new teams are having a blast here, first Kulczyk, now Reddit! Congrats guys

Did not see Campari-Super Dry today took a break I guess, only nice thing is that no important rider lost time.
@whitejersey: Nice one there ! congratulations

Ayyy! Now these are two tasty results to wake up with.
No clue what's going on in the minds of Kip and Canelon, almost looks like they're fighting for leadership. But in the end it's the points that count
Now hoping for Anacona to survive a punchy stage. Thanks for the quick reporting; really keeps you engaged. |

Wow Reddit again going well Salleh winning is also nice. For us another safe day for the big three, also Diggle losing time is great for stage 4 and any plans the lads may be brewing...

Congrats Vien and sammy! Both very good wins, and well deserved with the trains you've brought to this race.
2nd, another day in the yellow jersey (which by the way, doesn't look too different to our normal kit), and another day atop the points classification were perfect rewards from last night's race. This morning's debacle wasn't unexpected to be honest, Hochmann's recovery and stamina are pitiful, so I've been waiting for a blowup. Still, he's maintained 2nd place in GC and points, so will wear the green in stage 4! His performance has been a bonus, as we're really here for stages 4-10.
Hopefully one of our riders down on time can make the breakaway shortly (Hart, Laton, looking at you), but it is now Penasa and Vichot's opportunity to get those stage wins. We've been lucky that Bennett didn't get the time gap in stage 2, and that Karnulin was swept up by the wind, but almost all other competitors remain. Looking forward to the rest of the race!
And thanks for the quick reports SN, I'd echo Vien that it is hugely compelling stuff at this pace

Kreder keeping up his consistency. Good 5th place for him. Good to see Scotson into the break again. We've managed to reach the climbs unscathed. Let's see what's in store.
Congrats sammy on the win. Salleh very strong! Thanks for the report again SN.

Good to see Kaislavuo doing such a good job in Reddits leadout being both visible and getting a day in the youth jersey
