@alex Not sure if you or Ollfardh agree but I would love to have Lammertink ride for us! Early objective of my transfer season and would fit in with our nationalities

Hi folks

Assuming that Shimano and Valio do not mind WCC reclaiming loaned riders, we are in a position to field a full seven man team from within our own orgnisation. It is almost as if we planned it this way Smile.

I have never been in the awkward situation of having too many eligible riders for l'Avenir, but well, I have. So please correct me if I'm wrong here, but can I nominate 7 riders for my team and the remaining 3 to ride for another team if there's any spots left? It doesn't matter that much really, as long as they get the XP.

Why is the team size limited to 7? Seems a shame to punish teams with 8 by having to split their riders up, when there is no PCM reason for why 8 is not possible.

Shouldn't affect me anyway, as would expect Kemboi to link up with Kenya Airways colleagues here.

That's correct, there will definitely be spots left for them don't worry - just by nominating them they're guaranteed the XP.

The reasoning was that with 168 eligible riders this season, aiming towards 24 teams of 7 seemed the best solution - though of course not all of the eligible riders would be nominated, but it would avoid any huge differences in team sizes. However, teams are 8 can be accepted in order to avoid the scenario you mention, it's just that teams of 7 are preferred.

Sounds fine to me as well. In case you want the team to be a bit more Eastern European, Jiang could find another team to ride for.
