YOU CAN'T CANCEL A BIT ROAD, JUST BECAUSE THE ROAD IS COVERED IN A BIT OF DIRT!
Merckx would just had driven across it!

Let's hope they have to add a climb when they change the route for the landslide

How on earth should Hansen win MSR, by getting an hour advantage in the break due to a moodslide?
Well, a landslide just happened
Haha, is it too late for me to bet on Hansen?

Cycling gone soft. Johan would've rode through it like its a cobbled sector. |

Definitely has the speed. I'm counting on good support by Etixx riders since they are the established classic squads. Since he's a track rider I don't think it's his nature that much to win long classic respectively monument anyway, I'm just hoping for a surprise.

I am sure this days are over as much I like the man.
Today if some oportunist Gerrans, Thomas etc. wont surprise.
Then I am boring:
Top form Avermaet, Matthews,
Never count Sagan and Kristoff out.
Dimesin data seems to be motivated team
Please no Bouhani

Before Strade I would've of agreed, but he's in some great form and given it's his last season I reckon he'll give it a go.

I do wonder if Etixx will go all in for him, the sprinters teams are okay this year but if Nibali is motivated then Astana will hit the Cipressa hard and drop half the group then I doubt any of the sprinters teams will be strong enough to pull back an elite group and you'd think that Etixx would send someone up the road. I think Gaviria is something special but I just think this is step to far for him right now, give it another couple of seasons and he's got the talent to win a race like this
Hells 500 Crew and 6 x Everester
Don Rd Launching Place
Melbourne Hill Rd Warrandyte
Colby Drive Belgrave South
William Rd The Patch
David Hill Rd Monbulk
Lakeside Drive Emerald

Etixx have too many options to go all in for a sprinter in his first time San Remo. He's obviously superfast, but how many +220km races has he done? This one is 295, I expect him to drop when the action starts. Keep a guy near him, sure, but with Stybar, Trentin and maybe Boonen, they have other options.

that's what i'm betting on; it's his last season and i still believe in his strength and he would pull a good performance today even if he's not the biggest threat in the peloton, there is still sagan, kristoff, gva, matthews or ebh who are the main favorites for this year's milano sanremo

The weather forecasts in Italy said there might not be any snow.At least they could have started the stage and seen is there snow or not. |
