About this one - meh. 
Maybe Movistar want their corporate colors (blue mainly) to stand out on the main and NC jerseys. Some teams avoid using NC jersey with the NC motif covering the entire jersey in order to keep sponsors' colors - Astana also didn't use Full NC jersey layout. |

Well, like it makes a difference, the jersey is still like crap (literally) and now it has a yellow bax too...

Loving that style although I am not sure that logos in the collar are like that. I think the logo is alone in the left part (in your screen) and the letters alone in the right... I think
