Pretty shitty start, but could have been worse. Aziz really disappointing though, quite under par there.
Trofimov beasting as usual. Frank at it again, unbelievable. And once again Sagan overperforms for his stats..he does it too frequently for that to be a coincidence surely
Not going comment on Festina 6 in 22..nice

Extremely disappointing result. Ulissi ending 32th in the big group, and Bilbao dropping harder than my 72 hill riders . My seasons have never started of well though, so no panic yet .

Oh Sagan, you beauty!
Fantastic to see such an active ride from him, and 6th place in finish is absolutely amazing start of the season, much better than expected. Hopefully PCM14 is going to love him as much as PCM13, the first race is really promising.
Congrats to Oleg, big thanks to Gusta for the report. I have to say I really like the lower amount of screens in reports this season, should hopefully help quite a lot to make the season going in a faster pace.

Roche - invisible
Ginanni - disappointing
Keinath - unexpected nice result
I´m not happy at all, but looks like several managers are even more disappointed
Thanks Gusta for report (only microjersey next to Keinath is not correct), congrats to Oleg for dominating win.

Not exactly the top result we were aiming at, and Spilak seemed fairly week, despite attacking. That being said we really filled up by numbers and must certainly be among the best scoring, having 6 riders in the best 22. Koretzky doing well to get a top 10 aswell. Nice to see riders such as Eibegger and Vasyliv performing extremely well because they took on a huge responsibility. If they can do that in the ardennes week aswell we could be in for some very nice results.

An entertaining opener, with a well known winner. Trofimov is a superb MG rider, pleased to see Bakelandts up there too with TvG both of their teams need those points. Festinas numbers are a bit of a surprise, this could be a theme of races where late breaks beat a large pack.
Skujins with a very nice debut he tracked a move or two and got in a great position in finale. Okay some way behind Sagan, schleck and Cunego but this course was possibly one which would not have suited him.
Hagen was woeful and Spilak disappointing.
Enjoyed the report very excited to have season started great three reports to read thanks to all.

Woohoo, Franky's still got something in the tank! Not so fun to see him destroyed by Trofimov, but 4th is a great result in a race he likes a lot - hopefully that isn't the peak of his season
Sprint for 7th seems completely random, so can't complain too much about Gastauer in an anonymous 18th.

Great report Gustav.
A very credible winner, and some interesting race developments towards the finale, but still feels like a little whacky AI in there! PT debuts for both our loaned out riders on day 1 of the season; Rodriguez-Galindo @ Vesuvio & Tatarinov @ Meiji - expected anonymous team focussed performances!
Must be nice feeling for those already wracking up some nice points tally on first outing, others have reasons for serious disappointment!

Well a 5th is a decent result for us. Would have liked to win, but a Top 5 is something I will be happy with. Great result for Siam too.

Great report on a really good race. Thanks.
Seeing Schleck still able to race was the best part.

Horrible start for us, but then again I've never had a good result in this race. Congrats Oleg.

Reality check for Metinvest, with only one rider in top50, but that was expected with our hilly squad for 2015, hopefully we can have some breakaway luck in one of next hilly races.
Cool to see Vosekalns trying though!
Congrats to Tinkoff and thanks for the report. And get used to that strange placements behind top10 people, because in PCM 14 these are completely random and always there is some team with 5-6 riders there (preferably team making tempo in last kilometres) and other riders with bigger stat will randomly do nothing and just roll over the finish, no matter if they lead the team or not.

20th... After he did better in all the non-scoring races he's been racing now...
Most likely from the pack catching them
Great win from Trofimov, I was close to betting on him, instead I lost all my money on Spilak

This. I somehow expected him to still be there as one of those riders that just won't stop.
Really nice to see.
Also I like that my guess to add Trofimov as top favorite over Bakelants or Hagen was correct. Unfortunately though I decided later to go for Spilak with the money...

Never bet on Spilak. It's a waste of money
Unfortunately the betting was closed quite some time before the race was up, so I couldn't bet. I was pretty sure that Trofimov would win this. Although I thought he would win from a sprint.

It was open until Sunday 9:00 European Time.
So for quite some days.
With the unknown time of posted reports in the MG in comparison to real life starts, it`s hard to make it just until the report. |

Yeah it was not meant as a critisism. I didn't notice the betting at all before sometime yesterday
I really love the pace of the game so far, and really hope it can continue. It makes everything more alive and people stay active.

Very good report! And what a way to start the season by Trofimov, plan is to win races this year we/he never won before but Badaling International wasn't on that list!
Festina-Canal+ scored almost as much points as we did this race, so if they keep this up they might be able to win the PT overall. The other teams who are in for PT win in my opinion did ok (Vesuvio, Red Bull and Becherovka)
