In my opinion the WT should have one race from every Country and do it like that (just my thoughts on the matter). |

So 196 races in the WT, can't wait for the events in places like Palau, Kiribati, South Sudan, Nepal, Barbados and North Korea

A Tour of Nepal would genuinely be the one of the best things that could happen to cycling.
They have passes up above 5000m iirc (not quite sure of the road quality though )

Its rather poor translated (good for google translate, I suppose), but here a piece discussing the impact of Ketones and the possible (?) use at Sky. Correlates well with the sudden rise in 2011 of Froome, heading into 2012 with the anorexia cure of Rogers, Porte, Froome and Wiggo dominating the whole year and especially the Tour. States that Sky more or less was the only team to have access to Ketones.
Many have wondered for a few years, peaking in the Tours of 2012 and 2013 (rightfully so) what Sky had been on and how it was possible that other teams werent. Turns out it could be Ketones, which isnt a banned drug, but something Ferrari describes as 'Super Petrol'. Worth a read indeed imo.

Here's an English article on the same thing: https://www.cyclin...ing-151877
Or you can read velocinic on it (the study he looked at provided a 0.5% benefit to rowers) https://veloclinic...tone-drink

Not news, just thought I would share this from inrng from todays preview of the stage. Beautifully written and captures what the Giro is all about:
The Giro is: the racer’s race. Sure everyone wants to win the Tour de France and a stage in July but the pressure, stress and intensity can make it all feel like work. The Giro is a more confidential and imtimate event played out in front of smaller but often more knowledgeable crowds and attended by specialist rather than generalist media. The Giro has varied terrain to offer something for everyone and once the racing is done the hotels are often appreciated. Cuisine is less of an issue with many teams now employing a chef but not all do and the local cuisine is appreciated by many to the point where restraint is required. Many who ride the Giro for the first time vow to return.
Also, Kwiatkowski is rumored to Sky. Please dont let that happen....

That is how many riders from that team caught for EPO now? Must be at least three in recent years. Obviously they have a hard time learning their lesson that they suck at masking their dope of choice.

Took the UCI ~11months to get Rabottini from Provisional Suspension to confirmed... jesus christ, this wasn't even a slightly contested case

More MPCC bullshit: Maaike Polspoel was forced to end her contract with Team Liv-Plantur (female Giant-Alpecin) because she was not allowed to use the required medication to battle an auto-immune disease per MPCC rules.
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

Also the team after the whole Santambrogio/Di Luca drama promised to publish there Bio-Passport data on there website yet the site has been "under construction" for 12 months! If the UCI wanted to take Astana's license away then why not this lot
