If you want races that are not made yet, i can give you many !
For exemple Dookola Mazowsza would be cool !

Can you try to make Artic Tour of Norway? 2.1 race, so i think it should be in the game. |

In fact Daniano created it for PCM11 and last year posted it on the Stage DB, so it's just needed to download the files and convert the .zcts:

Ups, my bad. I just read "Norway" and "2.1" and automatically assumed they were the same

Thanks for the input guys. Think I'm taking some time to convert and improve former made stages. Priorty have races where the routes stay the same or didn't change much in 2013.
Next might be Gran Premio San Giuseppe (1.2 Europe ). Here I started redoing the finishing town of Montecassiano:
Done is København Byrundtur.
It's a real gpx fantasy stage with some cobbled kilometres.

In english København is with C. Copenhagen. Unless it's German of course..
Is it Himmelskibet or Det Gyldne TÃ¥rn, on the SS?

Great work, as usual!
I'm excited about GP Giuseppe. Looks a lot more realistic than the version I made several years ago, back in my beginner days.
The townhouses make it look like a very realistic hilltop town in Italy. Still so happy that Cyanide finally created these new IBs.

Yeah, didn't take much care about my database entry... and mixed german with english.
Should be the zoo tower right next to start/finish. Was somewhat fitting with the eiffel tower IB...

A notable and highly visible feature of the zoo is the wooden observation tower. 43.5 metres (142.7 ft) high, it offers views of the surrounding parklands and city. The tower was built in 1905 and is one of the tallest observation towers built of wood in the world.[8] Its base is similar to that of Eiffel Tower.
...while Tivoli is slightly underrepresented.

Thanks a lot. San Giuseppe was one of the first races I've ever made, too... and remains of that can still be found in the stage today.
Really share your joy about the new editor. |

Agree with Pellizotti, the first screen of San Giuseppe looks like it could just be real Also really like the screens of the Copenhagen race. I was wondering if that tower was from an IB pack or something, then read your post, interesting use for the Eiffel Tower Nice job
Ps.: will you be converting other PCM12 races?

Thanks sutty & lluuiiggii!
Right now I plan to convert, fix & update several races I made for PCM2012.
GP San Giuseppe (1.2 ) and Cascade Cycling Classic (NE ) will be converted soon.
The following races need some route changes to get updated to their 2013 edition, but will be re-released once they're done:
Oberrösterreichrundfahrt 2.2
Trofeo Alcide Degasperi 1.2
Rabobank Dorpenomloop Rucphen 1.2
Still need to check the following races if any changes to the routes apply:
Circuito del Porto - Trofeo Arvedi 1.2
Bucks County Classic 1.2
Copa América de Ciclismo 1.2
Tour d'Energie NE
(A convertion of these is quite likely.)
The other races are outdated or/and uploaded in the stage DB, anyway.
If someone wants a not mentioned stage converted, please let me know. |

That's nice to know
But tbh I see little problem in a race being outdated. Sure, it's better if the race has the 2013 route, but if there's the 2012 one it's more than enough imo For example, some races which you've done last year still have fake stages in game, or would again be cool additions. So races like the Tallinn - Tartu GP, Budapest GP, GP Kralovehradeckeho Kraje(the name of this one I had to ctrl+c ctrl+v ), the Canadian/Irish ITT, would all be races that would be nice to see converted
Oh, not to mention Tour do Rio (I doubt the route will change) and fantasy races like the Bend Criterium. Basically I'd convert everything unless there's a reason for it not to be converted (such as Cyanide including the correct stage in game, someone doing a more up to date version or the race not existing anymore, like Univest GP)
Speaking of Tour do Rio, now that fences can fly, maybe it's possible to create the Rio-Niterói bridge with its elevation and and curve? That would be cool Additionally, stage 3 can be made a mountain stage now.
To spare a couple of minutes of your checking, the Copa America hasn't changed a single thing

Ja, sooner or later I'll take care of these.
As long as it takes they can be downloaded from the stage database and self-converted.
Thanks for the Copa America info. Doubt the Rio-Niterói bridge can be improved cause roadpoints won't fly... , but who knows, there might be a workaround. |
