Omggg ... i dont get it why is Talabardon abandoned by the team ... Maybe this way he can try a breakaway tomorrow ... i dont know ... Carrara doing good again, finishing in points, maybe on stage5 he can surprise the pack... |

Wow, great performance by Nardin again! I brought him here for stage 5 and 6. Didn't expect him to do so well in 2 and 3. Congrats to MrOBJ for owning stage 3!
Next stage will be very interesting. If the puncheurs want to dominate the final GC, tomorrow is the day they will have to gain time on the sprinters and cobblers.

That was pretty bad/optimistic from Cardoso
Let's see what my team choses to do: Keeping Cardoso up front or everyone helping Fonte.

Aleluya! Something happend. Adel "Mad Dog" Barbari, we brought him for that.
At least we tried something different in a race without any option and one point more in our account. Great!

Another bad final sprint for Jørgensen
At least he is picking up some points from the other rankings.

Simply amazing! Fantastic sprint by Moren, but also Crespo as well. As DubbelDekker said we owned the stage today. It´s just wonderful to be manager on a day like this.
Hopefully Moren can continue his form when we hit the hills, and if he can´t, then Gingsjo is ready to take over. I´m exiting about the next stages, and hopefully Moren is strong enough to keep the lead! |

Haven`t expected those time gaps. Very nice report, Smowz.
Allianz can`t be happy as Talabardon might have done better when supporting Carrara here. Or by doing better on the previous stages.
And nice to see Villela in 20th there. Should be a nice rider in 2-3 seasons for me. |

Indeed, in the light of this stage its possible a GC top5 fail for Talabardon because that puncture in stage3... |

Excellent performance from the team. A pity that Feillu had a puncture, but otherwise very aggresive riding. Congrats to Dubbeldekker, Furdi was clearly the strongest today.

So Fonte will be my GC guy and not Cardoso, great! Georgian puncheur Chokheli performing pretty damn well here, happy with that as he's one of my weakest riders...

YES! Our first win Well done, Furdi!
This was exactly the scenario I had hoped for:
- control any attacks on the flat part with the team.
- on the first ascent of le Mur a strong group of puncheurs attacks; Furdi goes with them.
- battle between attackers and peloton, making the race tough; causing the sprinters and cobblers to drop and lose a lot of time.
- Furdi wins the final sprint.
Perfect!
Also great job by Nardin again; grabbing 5th in GC with the potential to climb even higher.
Now the team will have to control the upcoming stages and in the last one Sentjens and Vangenechten will have to drag Furdi over the finish line, hopefully not too far behind Maes.
Thanks, tastasol. Impressive performance by your Risa army!
Allianz, you guys were really unlucky with that puncture last stage. Talabardon did great today. I actually think you still have a very good shot at top 5 btw; Carrara (together with Florencio) is clearly one of the better cobblers in the top 15. Also, Maes might suddenly tear apart everyone on that last stage. You never know.
Smowz, thank you for the thrilling report.

Rovira tried to play with the big guys and he was ripped apart at the end.
Happy that at least we are showing our jersey.
Congratulations to DubbelDekker and thanks to Smowz for the report

The pure sprinter types really need breakaways it seems. Nelson and Jorgensen were always going to be risky sprinters in terms of how effective they can be at the finish - so its disastrous for them to be using up energy earlier in the stage.
And a nice hilly stage - glad that the game awarded some gaps too

Well fought by Moren. He simply ran out off energy at the last climb. But impressive ride by him, and a well deserved 16th. Gingsjo disappoint me, but he did use a lot of energy, trying to catch Furdi. Hopefully tomorrow will bring him further up in the GC.
Congrats to Furdi, who was the best today. But now Gazelle have the first place, and we are back in our "outsider-role". And that suits us well |

Lasca with a stage win and point leader. Mori with a decent top 5 possibility. Next stage should suit Lasca better than the 100% sprinters and this b-squadrace seems like it will be a great one. |

We tried, but couldn´t make the final hole. But Moren once again showed his strength ending 7th. And for the first time Ranneries show a bit of his talent! |

Great racing from Barcelona. A pity that we didn't get in the break and the crash, but otherwise it was great riding from the team.

Congrats ggDonovan! Great performance by your team.
This stage (5) summed up the tour. It had hills, cobbles, chaos, rain, falls, many intermediate sprints, a lone attacker and a sprint at the end.
I'm glad the team (with some help from Kappa, Barca and Privatbank) were able to control the numerous attacks and that Furdi came through unscathed.
Expected more from Nardin in this stage, but I guess he had to work for Furdi at some point. Shame, because he really could have grabbed the Points jersey here.
