I asked SN in a PM some time ago. I mean it's not that big amount that will be multiplied obviously ( ie it's not the key factor ), but there'll be some increase if have some budget left over at the end of transfer, and do well in your goals.

This is really scary. I thought I had a good team with Amador and Nibali getting stat boots, but now it looks like they won't be winning anything

So many good riders left without team, and I let it go one, which could become one of the best Portuguese cyclists ...

Oh well, my GT'ers are useless at this point. Neither are top 10 potential if all the best are assembled in one GT... Atleast Contador has his nationality bonus. Fothen is just blah! He should have had a lot more racedays to be interesting.
Guerao seems to be the right correct rider to train, as sprinters have been overlooked quite heavily considering the trainings done in the MO and HI stat. Too bad I couldn't train in the cobbles, otherwise Steurs could have become a very good rider. Training Ulissi would have been an utter waste of money with all these hilly riders becoming better, and I couldn't train neither Contador or Fothen, so the best I could do was getting Dees to 78, which wouldn't exactly put him among the best riders
This will be a very interesting season, and I see some riders dominating a lot if used correctly.

I was very sad I had to sell Guerao, as he was an absolute steal ate his salary, but with my focus on Spanish GC riders he just wasn't able to ride the races he would win.

Wages are right for my team as is training. However, Tuulhangai isn't listed as Mongolian RR and TT champion |

Found two mistakes: Ismaƫl Kip's wage (should be 70.000), and Bert-Jan Lindeman has no clause (should be level 4/Max XP).
Couldn't find any mistakes in my team

I just spoted Jan Dieteren from Amex Pro cycling being listed as stagiare in the database, while he is proper free agent i believe. Not a big case, but just for the records.
