What happens anyway when you try to install the game? The image on post #13 says that "Windows can't locate [PCM directory]\Autorun.exe". That doesn't look like the type of message you'd get in an installation problem. As for what you have to delete, it's been mentioned more than once in this thread, you need to delete the entries which belong to the game. I believe that if you try searching on the site or even Google you might find more info on that.

Create a new user profile with the username that you want to recover and the password that you received. And achievements arent saved with your profile, only in your computer, most probably in your username folder. |
