Yes, by downloading the torrent instead.
The Rapidshare file has to be split into six parts, because otherwise it's too big to upload.

awesome database, plays out so much better then the 1.2 !
however, i have one question, not sure if this is the right place however. i created my costumteam picking quintana as one of the mountain riders, and i was a bit shocked when i went to his profile to see that he has huge potential as a sprinter. so i checked with lachis editor, and he has freaking 81 pot. in spriting. i doublechecked that i have random disabled in the startup screen. is it normal that potentials are so random? last game i had dombrowski with 80 pot cobble... |

Usually, the exact stat limits are strictly related to the potential and the distribution of them to the orientation of the rider.
So if stats are too close to each other (which actually shouldn't be the case with these examples, rather with "leveled" guys like Tobias Ludvigsson), the orientation might change from one career to another and the rider progresses completely different to what we expect from him.
So to be exact, either Quintana had a "sprinter" orientation and Dombrowski a "flandriennes" one (it happens, but very very rare), or the game somehow defined them as versatile talents.
So the question is: did they still have realistic stat limits for MO/HIL or did their complete possible future changed?

As with every single year since I've been following this game, you all have done a tremendous job putting this together and the pack gets better every year. Thanks to everybody who helped make this possible! |

This is correct, but not extremely rare, if he has a sprinter orientation, he will have that every time you start the game unless one of the tables is edited. I know I brought attention to this earlier in the development and I think someone did some work on it. I'm installing 1.3 now and will take a look and probably make a change or two then put my edits out so people can use them.

I just started up a career with the Jelly Belly Racing Team and my finances began with approx. $20,000/mo in sponsor revenue, and $80,000/mo in staff salaries.
Question: Am I supposed to begin every career with a small team by releasing the current staff and hiring cheaper members, or is this something I have to re-adjust with an editor? (Either increasing revenue, or changing salaries of current staff.)

(Either increasing revenue, or changing salaries of current staff.) This is a bug in the game which Cyanide tried to fix with the latest patch. Also make sure to select easy budget difficulty when starting a career. But you might still need to fire staff, especially you don't need a medic with small teams |
