Depends on the teams that take part on the race irl and are in the DB. And the need of races for that teams (for example, there's more need for American races in the DB then there is for European races).

There are many minor teams which this races maybe perfect for theirs |

No. That was basically a bug-fix pack, fixing the so far reported bugs and replacing fake stages with the correct ones. And since Cyanide released Patch 1.4.0.0, it went along with updated .cdb files and some stages to "replace" the game's ones (since Mod/Stages now finally works). Other than that (bug fixes + stages) there's nothing new. Actually, there are some changes in the records too, but that's all

But one thing I noticed : your stages have no name, the cities of departure and finish are not written. That's not very important but that would be even better with |
