I think that in general a lot of riders is highly overrated, and especially the REC stat is very high at almost every rider. I think there's more riders with 75+ REC than with 75- REC in the Pro Tour? Well I don't know if it makes any difference in-game, as said, all riders are overrated compared to most other DB's. So will it still be realistic results?
You guys who have played a lot with this DB, could you tell?

it seems to play fine..no extra ordinary results.
an exception to this was tj van gardaren finishing 4th in the giro and m rodgers beating scarponi and basso into 2nd 3rd resp.
also tdf turned out normal wiggins 1st evans 2nd nibali 3rd kloden 4th maybe a bit surprising kloden but he hung in there in the climbs  |

I don't know is this has to do with the database or the game but I started a game as a De Rijke team from Continental and the sponsor has given me 11 races to do well in. Problem is that 3 of those races are not in my calendar! I can see the race only from the sponsor screen. Why is that? |

It's a game issue, and ultimately, it doesn't matter as sponsors and objectives have no relevance on anything. |

We have just released a small update that fixes the following things:
Changelog:
- changed SAX to SBT
- Julian Kern + Giorgio Brambilla --> Leopard - Trek CT
- added missing flags (Romania, the Netherlands Antilles, Azerbaijan)
- all the material is unlocked at the beginning of your career
- fixed minor mistakes in the race calendar (race names, dates of holding)
- minor stats update

Hey guys, I'm in a bit of a pickle and would appreciate any help regarding the download of this database.
To cut a long story short, I got the game yesterday and installed it, found the v0.9 for this database and installed it. I loaded it up and it appeared on my game with the pink badge error. Looking around I realise I had to press run as administrator so removed the database and reinstalled it etc etc.
Having done this it has not since appeared on my ingame options despite moving it around and installing it in various different areas including (I hope I've done it correctly) in the specified areas on the download link. Also reinstalled the game twice after making a mess of the file spaces by copying and pasting in hope that it would show up in the ingame options.
I've now had a go at downloading this version with no such joy either.
What I do in downloading. I downloaded the file off of the RSM website and save-as it in my user section. I then rightclick and run as admin install in the computer/program files/cyanide/pro cycling manager 2012 option (the same as the pcm2012 place) I then once the thing is over click the continue button to get me onto the local loading section next and save that in the recommended area my documents/pro cycling manager 2012.
When I load my game up nothing appears in my databases apart from the original. Any help offered would be extremely appreciated as I seem to be going around in circles and am getting tired of it.

First, make sure you have the latest patch. After that, place the .cdb file in My Docs/PCM12/Mod/Database.

When i try to install the DB, it keeps giving error with random files it cant copy.
I have tried to download it in many different ways, without any luck.
Anyone have a good guess on what to do?
Other than Author, could put it in a Rar file or something aswell.

Been there done that.
Dosnt help anything.
Tried Download Managers aswell, tried more than 1 browser etc.
EDIT: Its working now.

But what's up with the spanish rider's names?
Why change it to Samuel Sanchez Gonzales, when we know him as Samuel Sanchez?
It's really annoying! |

For your information, spanish riders in real life, are listed with first and second lastnames. So, it's not strange to see their names with 1&2 lastnames. |

Very nice DB. Been playing for a while and everything seems fine. Not too many strange results. Sprinters win sprints, climbers wins mountains, and Wiggins and Evans kicks my @ss everytime Maybe after yesterdays tour de france stage you should change Sagan to a climber  Thanks for the good work!! Keep it up! |

I know that, but what I mean is, that there are no reason to use the second lastname, in this case.
