Because when i try to open it the program that opens that file is audacity.

Well, you don't need to open it.

You just need to extract it (right click -> Extract Here), then copy the files to the place I told you. No need to open anything.

I cant extract it i have to open it. When i right click there is no extract here option. And i downloaded the files he gave me and opened it with a new program i download for that specific file. specific file- Rar. Even when i took the files from there it still did not work. There is a point in time in the race when i go onto the attack in the race it goes quite and i don't hear anything. And i think in that quite time is when i should be hearing my recording.

Well, you could do like I did, up the comments audio to maximum and put the others in 0, as well as upping the overall PC audio a bit too see if that is your recording.
Anyway, as you say you can't open the files KenL posted, so I've uploaded them separately, so there is no .rar file, therefore no need to extract anything. Then just skip the winrar steps and follow the rest of the instructions.

I tried attacking and i still did not hear anything. I think i am just going to play with it for a little bit by myself and see if i can get it. Big special thanks to all o you guys for trying to help me. You guys did a great of explaining things and i think i just need to try things myself and see if i can get it. Again thanks and i get back to all of you when i have it. Or when i am ready to get some more help and guidance.
