If you read the details posted and the front page news article then that should answer your question. |

As usual, the end of a season brings about an opening for new managers to join the game. There is no set amount of spots, we will select those users who submit a convincing application, and we believe will able to manage with the game and make the most out of it.
Quote from the news article. |

Hello!
I want to get a team here. I´m not sure I will get it all direct so some help from you who are a bit more experienced would help me a lot.
But anyway if I get a place my team plans are:
Most Scandinavian riders and some english talking riders from USA, Australia For example. I will be aiming for some good climbers and someone who can sprint acceptable.
Our team will most go for stageraces were our climbers can do well and maybe some stage wins from a good sprinter.
Will go for a balanced team, not some big stars and riders who can´t make any good results at all. Most compete in europe races. |

Guido, you are probably the best candidate for one of the new positions.

I would like to join the Management Game! I always love to start with a continental team from scratch and have a succesfull 2-3 years periode before going big (maybe going PT, presuming y'all don't have Professional Contentinental otherwise that would be the long-term goal)
Since I'm a stagemaker/databaseur you know I'll be committed.
My general cycling knowledge is fairly good/enough, I normally focus most on BeNeLux and the old Eastern Europe (Warsaw Pact) countries.
Would like to manage a Tinkoff variant (like Tinkoff - Rosneft) but since Tinkoff Revival is in da house, I would also love to do a kind of Boogerd Specialized project.

Would love an opportunity to get in! Focus on American riders, with a few Euro riders (preferably French) mixed in where the team has holes.
Focus would be on smaller stage races, with a maybe a go at a one-day race or two. A sort of baby BMC. Thank you. |

Hi, i would like to join this season. Hope i'm not too late.
Tactics:
I have done much research on the game(yet), but by the looks of it i would go with a few decent climbers who might may be able to stick with the top riders on their day.The rest of the team will be mainly climbers, and riders i that might improve in value.
I would be looking forward to the management side the most though, the transfers look very interesting. Anyway thats about it.
I'll be committed to the game. A lot of work will be needed starting from scratch |

Hi, I´d like to join as well
I´d built small team compound from riders mostly from Central or Eastern European countries like Czech republic, Slovakia, Germany, Austria, Poland or Slovenia. I´ll focus on smaller stage/1 day races in that areas. I don´t really need any excellent climber, but decent sprinters, time trialist and especially riders with high combative spirit are necessary! I´d like to mix veteran experienced riders with young talented riders.
cheers, beagle |

I find the game quite interesting, so I would like to join.
I would like to build a team with strong puncheurs and cobbled classics experts, maybe with a couple of proven group sprinters and a GC contender. I'd like to team to be italian, but I'd choose some riders from Belgium, the Netherlands and Russia too.
My main objectives are quite simple: high placings in hilly classics and cobbled classics, maybe even victory in a week long tour and a few sprint victories. I want my riders to be aggressive, always ready to attack, force the pace and throw caution to the wind. Basically, I need fighters and crowd pleasers too.
Also, high placings in the overall Continental standings would be great, I'm not sure my team will be able to maintain the necessary consistency, but I'll give my best.

I would like to join as well.
My team would be based on spending all my budget on one single rider, then complain about how others are jerks and then hire a bunch of minimum wage riders from exotic countries to fill out the roster.

The game looks realy amazing, so I 'd like to join as wel
My team would focus on the one day classics, as the general classification in the (grand) tours doesn't realy interest me.
My riders come from all over the world (a bit like cervélo), and the team roster will mainly have young (classic) riders who hope to break trough at the top, there will also be a couple of experienced (older) riders who will guide the youngsters on their way to succes.
As I said the focus will be on the classics, so our team won't have big climbers or TT-ers, so in the big tours I' ll aim for stage wins (most likely in a brake)

I sent an message about this ages ago and got told to wait for this, so hopefully I will be able to get in I lurk alot at this forums, but nearly never posts. So it's time to post some
Why should you choose me infront of everyone else?
I got great experience from forum games. When I was younger I used to play different strategy and roleplaying games based on forums. Other than that I am (like everyone else here) genuinly interested in cycling. Even though lots of poeple here know more about it than me.
My team would be based around 1-2 captains of any nationality. Preferably classic riders or sprinters. Around that I will try to build a team based upon scandinavians, but ofc if I find the right rider I will sign him anyway. I will also try to get in some future talents.
Other than that I will try to manage me team more by roleplaying than thinking pure winning.
First season the team will concentrate on getting into the game. Then based on the results from the first season we will try to strenghten the squad and become a strong continental team the second season. We will always try to become better, but not at any cost. Also prefer to be loyal to the squad we get than big changes. First season we might try for some wildcards. Depends on the team and the captains.
I hope I will be permitted to play |

THis seems very late but afgter taking a break from PCM(school), I would love to get back into action. I have been playing since 2006 came out and am quite good. I would like to either build a eastern european team(czech's, slovaks, russian's etc.) or a north american team creating a canadain team and putting cycling on the map here in canada. |
