Let's blame Ian.
By the way, I seem to be having some issues with going to bed on a normal time, I just keep subconsciously delaying it until it gets way too late (like now, 02.30...), which means I can't get more than 4 and a half hours of sleep really
When finally go to bed, I don't have issues with falling asleep though.
I kind of see the same patterns as with doing my homework: just subconsciously delaying it until there is no time left.
Just a lack of self-discipline, I guess?
Oy! That's mighty unfair. Despite my monstrous spamming gifts, I haven't been posting such useless crap as you all have been in the last couple of pages. Who were the ones making the bloody pyramid? that's right, now I'm pointing fingers |

This site is worryingly addictive! Despite the fact I have an exam tomorrow counting for half of a module, I still seem to be spending most of my time on here, avoiding at all costs!
Why Daily Why!

I have to admit, I am getting sick of the useless posts. Cafes are made for off topic conversation, not useless conversation. It's getting quite annoying.

Time to fill ~100 pages:
Cafe Pedro - 20 months
Cafe Pedro 2 - 24 months
Cafe Pedro 3 - 6 months
Cafe Pedro 4 - 4 1/2 month
Cafe Pedro 5 - approx. 1 1/2 months |

When I came we had Cafe Pedro 2, and that lasted months before I cam, and months after. 3 was a lot quicker by those standards, 4 was really short, and now it's just insane.
Edit: The thought of more Star Wars movies is really starting to bug me. Made by Disney, so we'll probably have like Zac Efron as Luke Skywalker or something, no George Lucas, although his replacement is fine, and this: The story ended. Why carry it on when it's over, just ruins the saga as a whole.

Definitely. Stop making money out of Star Wars. It isn't necessary, you've already ruined almost everything, just leave us our 3 original films, please. Stop ruining Star Wars! Please don't give Han Solo a future at Disney, or we'll see him fighting Simba's father with 7 dwarfs...
And I also agree with the uselessness here. It's growing out of control, it's okay once in a while, but pages filled with nothingness, I don't know, a bit over the top.
EDIT: By the way, when's the next "Weekly" News, I'm always looking forward to that so much!

I suggest that we keep this thread as it was intended.
We could create another thread called "Useless nonsense".
But does anybody really have to post there? |

Just bought a Dutch book: Tour de France records 2013. So I'm excited, go home, take a look at what's inside. All seems very interesting and well illustrated, but wait a minute... Most Tour wins: Lance Armstrong?
This is 2013, come on! What's Lance doing in this book |

To all those students saying they leave assignments too late and get distracted studying. I had the same problem... What helped me was studying around other people, it didn't even need to be with other people, just around others.
These days I do all my homework at the university library, where my computer screen in visible to all and I feel good being around a whole lot of people working hard on their subjects
Also, coffee helps me stay motivated... lots of coffee!

I'm sure all those in question will narrow down the uselessness and be able to come up with more productive posts
On another note, long-distance education is just great. I've just decided to treat myself to a day off tomorrow! (sure, I'll pay the consequences later, but who's worrying about the future? ) |
