I just downloaded your Amstel Gold Race and played it, I must say I never enjoyed a hilly classics this much. Top work and love your Cauberg, Because it's longer than in the Cyanide stage, I managed to rejoin the front group and sprint to a fourth place! |

Good to hear. I'm quite pleased with how well it works myself as well.
Also, an overdue update on Pais Vasco:
I haven't done much work at all in the stage editor recently. A combination of not having much time over and low motivation has caused me to run to a stop. I've got the route finished for all stages, but there's so much graphical stuff to add. Will try to get it done as soon as possible, but I can't really promise when that'll be.
Sorry to everyone who've been waiting.

Found a way to get back working on Pais Vasco. The next few stages wont include as many IB graphics as earlier, simply because it takes too much time to create every city that way. I've still included some, obviously.

Nice to see more stages from Pais Vasco
Btw, that is a really wide road at the finish, don't know why but it just looks wider than the 4-lane road

Might just be my rather wide screen.
Thanks for the comment, by the way. I appreciate it.

You have to love these wide roads! Can't even start to count all the times I've been screwed in the game because of those damn 1-lane roads |

I understand you, Ian. Using one-lane roads when creating stages nowadays is just retarded. With the current AI, everyone should've picked up on that by now.
Stage 3 from Pais Vasco finished. Was a bit tricky to get the road network near the finish to both resemble reality and look good in the game. Worked out pretty well in the end. Quite a fun stage to play, I think.

Agree with Nils Erik, just amazing!
So the stages will probably be great as well

I want to use some of your work in the game, but on PCM 2013. Do you think it'll be possible to just copy the files into the 13-folder and it'll work? |

I'll convert them as soon as I get the game (which will be in the days around the release) anyway, so no need to worry.
I doubt non-converted stages would work well.

As soon as possible. My free time is a bit limited for the next few weeks due to work, but I'm trying to get it finished.
Will try to have stage 4 done before the end of the weekend.

Here's stage 4. Probably the most selective day of the race, given that Ixua and Usartza both come late in the race. Always a fun challenge to get the downhill finish to Arrate look somewhat realistic in terms of length and gradient.
One to go!
