It sounds like a wrong/not complete installation. Instead of downloading it again, have you made 100% you have followed the installation instructions correctly?
I am pretty sure i've did it correctly - My Expansion Pack v2 works fine, but the 2011 DB quit in Australia Championship |

look inside your pcm folder for another pcm folder, and copy the files in it to the root pcm folder  |

I have a new laptop so I need to go through this process again, just to check do I need to install the following:
PCMdaily Expansion pack v2
PCMdaily2011DBpreview
PCMdaily2011 Beta to Final update
PCMdaily2011DB

DYN_cyclist, fkIDinjury -> set it to 0.
DYN_cyclist, fkIDteam -> set it to 119. You may also have to change the contract of the rider in DYN_contract_cyclist. |

@CT - are there new races in the complete version?
ie... Tour de San Luis, other small races.... which makes a CT virtually impossible |

Not sure what you mean exactly.
Compared to the Cyanide DB, there are ~54 new CT races.
Compared to the Expansion Pack, we've added Dutch Food Valley Classic, ProRace Berlin, Hel van het Mergelland, Presidential Cycling Tour of Turkey, Giro del Friuli, Les Boucles du Sud Ardèche and Tour de San Luis. |

thanks Crue, the last DB I downloaded was a 2011 pack, but didn't contain some of the lower continental races (tour de San Luis being one for example), which made the CT teams virtually impossible to start up and run (with a created team)
with some of these lower ranked races, this should be possible now |
