Not a great cameo for GHJ. Some journalists questioning whether he was fully motivated against his favourite club. Although he never has his best games at Striker.
Does feel the attacking players need to figure our whose better as a CF or AM or WM. GHJ understands that if he's going to operate more regularly as that focus point he'll need to work on some different skills during the next round of upgrades.

Coach answer regarding some positions and substitutions:
Because of Huber's better pace than Sanchez he mostly plays on the wing (left or right attacking midfielder) if the latter also starts a game. He has proven to be quite fruitful there with several goals/assists, and I'm sure he will continue to do so. I definitely like him at CAM as well, so I try to give him the possiblity to play there as well.
Same story more or less for Garner-Hammarling Junior. Together with Sanchez it'll be the Swede on the wings as well. We have two strikers with Torres and Washington for one position (in our 4-2-3-1), but during the last game Torres wasn't on the bench (injured), and as Washington was getting tired I decided to sub on GHJ as a striker, as he was the best player for the position statwise (imo) and iirc you also mentioned striker as one of your player's (favourite) positions at the start.
Regarding substitutions I mainly look at the stamina bar of a player around the sixtieth minute and bring on three fresh players to also give them a chance to do something. On some occasions I might let a player on the pitch when he's feeling a bit more tired than others but he's performing well.
I try to give active players as much playtime as possible. I'm not counting the comments in this thread of course, but by now it has become a bit more clear who comments from time to time or who doesn't comment on the games and stat upgrades. As soon as someone who's been a bit more inactive starts being a bit more active again I try to give them the same amount of playtime as the other active players
Ranking upgrade coming soon!

GHJ is very satisfied with the Managers comments and understands his versatile skillset makes him a high demand option for the Coach

Sepp appreciates that the manager values his pace, motivating him to get even faster in the future. He commits to work on his versatility anyways, training his weak foot whenever possible. Nonetheless, he's happy to hear that he'll get starting opportunities as a CAM as well.

Raring to get back into the action after the injury. Nice to see us winning the last game. Still looking good in the table.
Thanks for the continued coverage coach

Good position in the table still. And wow Abhi our home country teams are really embarrassing us huh?

Sanchez very much appreciates the managers faith in him and is enjoying having the inner competition with Huber. He is working on his acceleration and his sprint speed so that he can be utilized across the midfield rather than only in CAM thus providing more flexibility to the squad as a whole.

Solid win even if it got close in the second half. It's still really tight for the top 6, but being alone for second definitely feels more comfortable.

Another great result for the team and good to see they’ve found some form to string together these performances to move into 2nd!
Sanchez very happy to be starting again and he’s now repaying the faith in him with goals and being involved in the build up too. He’s very happy at the moment with the Manager and with the players around him who he feels are bringing out the best in him

Another 2-1 win, but is the form good enough to beat Dinamo Zagreb?

Dear players, I hope you all enjoyed the holidays/your days off. I hope you've been following the training schedule I all sent you (should have checked your spam folder), as we will play against leader Zagreb very soon. Be ready!

Good win against what looks to be a Dinamo side doing better than expected.

Great to have the players back after the Christmas break but a little concerned to see Sanchez not even make the playing squad
Good result for the team nonetheless!
