Good job from Pulido. Now our only hope for a NC is if Hackecky crushes in the mountains with his > 60 mountain stat. No problem.

Slovenia was disappointing... Was hoping Vrecer could go in the break, but now I guess I'll just dump him, too old and no cool jersey...

So would I! Now I'll have to buy Van Zyl and decide how the ef I'm going to level him up and keep him in my team.
Well I didn't expect to see Jay winning, thought van Rensburg was riding. So that's a reward!

Breakaway as expected in South Africa, congratulations, FroomeDog!
And good to see Impey beat Juan Van Heerden in a sprint, I must say.
Edit: Mixed up Kenya and Project Africa.

Would have been cool to see Meintjes win, but he ought to have future opportunities. Was ienvitable that Project Africa would not win the RR though!
Looking forward to Luxembourg, whenever that may come. The TT title should be returning to me for the first time since selling Clesen, but no expectations for the road race - a Schleck win would be highly unlikely.

Except that Czech Republic is the only cobbled NC

Can't wait for Lux, could decide the future for Losch and Fritsch. A Road title for either would secure both riders futures with my team. No title and they are halfway through the door...
______
RSA was cool. Obviously the RR would go to Kenya (lol), who i guess can drive a good transfer deal now.

Oh, South Africa, what a thriller. Happy that it went to an African team, but real pity for Aidan. Let's see how expensive Van Zyl is going to be now |

The african races have been thrilling with the tension between the 3 main teams growing with each event. It's also quite funny seeing them robb each other of the respective NC.
However, Portuguese NC were no fun at all. I should start making myself aware that I'll never take that title.
Thanks for all the reports everyone.

Haha , guess i had this one coming. Don't mind though, as a Ukrainian team does deserve a Ukrainian champion!
Kocjan proving a save bet for the Slovenian nationals, he won it a few years back aswell. He's the perfect rider for the PCM AI; they let him go in the break and he has a punch to finish it .

How on earth could you mix us up after you "stole" Van Heerden from me at the last minute during transfers and subsequently messed up my entire transfer season?
Spoiler 1. just kidding of course
2. And no, I will never let go of losing out on JvH

Great win for Van Zyl there, our only rider in the race and he won it by himself with a great sprint. Will be great to have the colourful SA jersey on our team next year.
Sorry Aidan for taking your team's home title. For all those saying I'm going to sell him now though: I'm afraid Johann won't be available in transfers unless a huge offer comes on the table. I'm happy to have him as a nice cobble talent and I'm looking to keep him. |
