You can try to swap the stage with another TT variant (in Lachis Editor). I have tested this stage, and i didn't have any problems with it. I've read somewhere else people having sort of same problem with other stages, some people answered with ticking "off" the isolated building option. Anyways it's always adviced to try and run a stage that doesn't work under different settings then your usual.
Sponser goals
I always change/edit the sponser goals in lachis editor, so they become goals that are realistic and challenging at the same time. It's very easy to do, i recommend it to everybody.
(same goes for rider stats, i just change the stats to how i like them. For example in my game there are no 85's or 84's in combination with high Sta, Res and Rec.
This makes for more exciting and unpredcitable results. )

im on my 3rd season and the variants havent really changed. giro and vuelta is the same, and tour is 2014
how can i change them with lachis editor?

I have a problem with the U23 page. I want to monitor some of the talents but when I hit the "Monitor"-button there are no scouts to choose. I have recalled one of my two scouts because I thought he couldt be in Germany scouting for talents and scouting the U23 at the same time. But it seems that it did not help.
Any suggests? Have you experienced the same with ASO 2014 DB?

For me all (all i've been able to see so far) stage variants seem to work (3rd season also). Yes you could change in the editor, ask a expert for advice on that one.
I have had no problem with the U-23 page so far, i've only tried it out 1 year (like usual i fire my scout to save money for a trainer).
I also got a question:
It's about the road WC. In my version the Czech Rep. didn't compete. I think i took a quick look time ago, and remember that in dyn_country or one of those i could see the Czech team was not set up.
Is this done on purpose ? I have no idea if the Czech Rep. even have a team present at the real-life Worldcup ?
And if it's easy to edit (and explain), what do i do, if i wanted to add the Czech rep. to the next Wc's ? |

I got some strange stuff too on Tour of California
BUT mates I got the solution..
Look in your CM_stages folders and that´s the answer.
Make a search on *Calif*2014*
getting all the files using the important sequence of t0_california_2014.xxx
There should be 2 files on each stage BUT in my folder I managed to have 3 file on stages 6,7,8.
(That stage 7 being that double Mount Diablo.)
Now that third file cdx-file (one for each 6,7,8)is pointing to the three
t0_california_06fs_2014
t0_california_07fs_2014
t0_california_08fs_2014
HOWEVER in the folder are already three 1-year old files
t0_california_06_2014.cds
t0_california_07_2014.cds
t0_california_08_2014.cds
and of course same named zces-files
These are actually the three last stages of 2013 !!!!
so rename these 6 files.
The files ending with .zces and .cds
You should keep the -cdx-files and the files with that _fs_ (which are the correct three stages for 2014)
Now you got that second mountain stage ending up on correct Mountain High
Hope you got that VERY confusing explaining.
But some renaming will do the trick (Nothing with this great DB)

The Tour de France route for 2014 in my Movistar savegame is not the real 2014. I have looked in the CM_stages and there ARE files for the 2014 edition of the Tour de France. But despite that the game chooses the asodb7 variant. Does any of you know why? It has been a long time since I have done seriously editing in databases.

And what about the Vuelta? Am I still able to change that since I am not playing the Vuelta yet?

The variant/stages are chosen at 1 January 2014, 1 January 2015, etc. after that date you can edit them (every year); STA_stage.xml -> gene_sz_variant

Okay.. But there won't be any problems with changing the Vuelta variant for the year of 2014 since I only in July at the moment?

Top_giro_16_2010 SanVig di Ma - Plan de Corones. TT-climb 13km
For me it crashes after 20 seconds of play in 3d race, so i don't think it's the same bug as the one Dancycling wrote.
#EDIT: NOoo forget about it. It's not the stage, it's one of the riders, his totaltime in the Giro so far is glitched. it says .23 instead of 2:20.23.
I'll edit this post again when fixed.
#EDIT 2: YES it was one of the riders which glitched the stage for me.
In my case there was a rider (Havik) added on rank nr. 187 with an incorrect time.
As soon as it was that rider's turn to set off on the TT, the game crashed.
So what you got to do if this happens to you, is
*write down the rider's name who has wrong time and/or is duplicat in ranking (so for me there were 2x rank 187)
*use very helpfull LACHIS editor,
*go to dyn_cyclists,
* (search that rider)
*Then i edited the collumn fkIDrace (in my case i put it on Giro)
*And i also ticked on the withdrawl option (not sure if that was helpfull)
After that the stag worked. Only the (general rankings) scoreboard (still) showed my glitched rider, but he did not participate in the race, and so he was not on the (TT-race) scoreboard and did not mess anything up.....yet....cause i han't done a race afte this race. But if all went well he withdrew and so that glitch hopefully won't happen again.
(i checked Lachiseditor after that and the rider in question for me (Havik) was not listed in the Giro anymore, so he did withdrew, that's a good sign)

This is exactly what happened to me. Steven Cummings was -33 seconds compared to leader Uran. Cheers for explaining how to fix this. |

i have a problem when i start a new career. The minishirts of BMC, Differdange and Nankang arent showing up. Although when riding a race the 3d shirts are visible.
The shirts in the menu turn up as pink squares like on the pictures i added.

So i looked into the team_shirt map if there was actually a bmc_minimaillot file. But their appears to not be one.
Also the nan_minimaillot and dif_minimaillot are missing. I assumed they would be called this way.
So my question will adding these files fix my problem. And if they do could someone upload them for me

Hello Oleg,
thanks for our great work. Though, I've got 2 issues I want to ask about.
1. Riders' faces aren't shown during races (they've got default ones). And, of course, I have ticked "Riders' faces" in Settings.
2. This thing is probably a little bit intentional. My team is using Miche wheels, but since there no Miche files, my riders use other wheels from random brands. So, there don't exist graphics files to all included equipment? Even some default no-brand so my riders won't use those random? |
