Has always been like that I think (or at least for the past few seasons). Same reason as in MG I guess, 1RD for one-day races isn't enough, as there are a lot of points available for them and so they could be "abused" with only 1RD spent on them.

How do i know how the OVL changes when applying training to a rider? Really important specially to U23 riders, that can't go over 71,9 OVL

I looked around in the development file. If you go to the tab RidersNew you can change a stat and see how the AVG changes. If it's a new rider maybe look for somebody with very similar stats.

you're not the only one - with almost 20 teams without having sent in their race selection at this point I'd love to know more from the people that haven't sent something in whether they lost motivation or similar...

Too bad it was looking so good to be another hit season with the transfers so quickly done  Will you write the respective managers? I think many are just not that often here

I looked up everybody and when they last logged in. I'm afraid 5 managers are definitely MIA: Nacho (PostNL), last seen last August, Djordje (Balkan Cycling, October), wesley92 (Szczecin, October), Selwink (Sugoi, November) and OZRocker (TVM, December).
Five more managers haven't logged in since the first week of March (JoeArmstrong, Vali, javibozada, matt17br and fjhoekie).

It's a real shame that things have gone like this. It was looking like a really good season, and hopefully it can still be salvaged. Maybe let's give a deadline for race selections, and then after that the members here could fill in the selections for the remaining teams? We would try to pick things that make sense for the team and sponsor in question. Choosing the riders for each race is trickier and more time consuming; I suppose that could just be random at least within the minimum and maximum race days of each rider. Thoughts?
