Now in the stir of the moment I missed how far was left. Less than 3km. Shouldn't it be neutralized then, as in sprint stages ?

Taking the time at the crash or something ??
The other day the kite crashed and they neutralized it at that 1 km left ....

No such rule on mountain stages.

Well not really need a rule. If th race is stopped, like this, and the kite, they just got to take a thinker on it and decide. It's nothing auto for sure, but the jury really need to twist their brains..Rolling Eyes

You would've lost the money with or without the chaos.

I'm honestly okay if they did neutralize the time gaps but not for Froome, nothing to do with him personally but everything to do with that he decided to go forward without a bike, you simply can't do that

Willfull deviation from the course, attempt to be placed without having covered the entire course by bycicle, resuming the race after having received a lift in a vehicle or on a motorbike.

Race incident 14 from the Regulations. Punishment is elemination.

Not sure it falls under it.

Sky will just withdraw and Tour will be scorned by whole media for lack of safety. It makes no sense to do that.

No matter what the outcome today, they need to do something about the spectators and motorbikes, it is just to dangerous.

What Froome did would fall under it, while a strange circumstance. Don't expect they'd eliminate him, but there will likely be a fine if they enforce this - mainly as a deterrent to riders abandoning their bikes for an advantage and creating a danger to following riders.

Big problem today was that the stage being cut short all the fans who would of spread over the whole climb were jammed onto the lower slopes. They should of organised more officals/police to perform crowd control

It's not the motorcycle, but surely a much smaller scooter could get passed all those fucking psyckos.
Then this culture fo running wild on mountain stages must be handled by organizers.
Look at the total mad person with polish flag and a sign. He doesn't even see the greatest scandal just beside him. Just running wild.

Fucking execute him !!!!!!!!!!!!

As far as I have heard, there was a spectator lying on the road. No chance for anyone.
