Hesjedal doing wonderful wonderful diesal climb. What a battling rider he is - if he could come into a race with top form he could be up there once again. Even now I think he can go high on GC.
Kruisvijk brilliant too. Great to see guys battling back to top form. Something to say for Betencur also.
Gaps could be huge here!

Agree with you. People seem to hate all russians/sky no matter what. Complaining about Trofimov who has been a decent gc rider while they don't complain about Landa who is climbing as good as Contador atm. ( Yes iknow Landa is talented) |

If if if... that's speculation. Fact is, Contador is in pink, has been superior on Aru at every occassion and has enough time on Landa. There'd be no reason for him to cause a massive (potential) upset had either Landa or Aru punctured today.
Of course. It's part of cycling and fair play only goes so far as it suits a certain rider, but saying now that Contador would have done the same thing... what's point of that speculation? yawn
