Unless I missed something, the only penalty I've given is Jeremy Powers, which is a curse on all of my family.
I also enjoy being perfect
Really? I must not have given you all those penalties for your startlists in part 3 after all. FDJ's riders will be delighted to hear they have enough points to stay in the WT now
FDJ's Punchers will be delighed to hear they rode a race this season |

Do I need to do this for Drapac? If so, can some one give me a printscreen of their stats, ages and names?

Well, nobody really knows what Drapac will look like as they have not been PCT in 2013. So either it's the 2013 CT squad you start with (would be pretty shitty for you) or Ollfardh has to decide which riders you'll get on top of that.

Yeah, you can add an upgrade for Pirazzi, Dippo is correct. Indeed teams like Bardiani need this rule to make having a young squad worthwile
Glad to hear, as a check, if someone wanted to, could they improve fighter/resistance on a rider? Does it decrease?
Pirazzi (25) Mountain 75

Sorry for not getting back here sooner, Real Life is getting really busy for me. I'll try to get some stuff done tomorrow, including upgrading the non-managed teams (thanks for the PMs I got with offers to help). But first I need solve some organisation problems, please bear with me.
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

Yes, you can do it for Drapac if you want. Someone will have to provide you with a screenie though, as they're new.

You could give Drapac Jack Anderson, Jai Crawford, Bn Johnson, Jordan Kerby, Lachlan Norris and Wouter Wippert who all joined as neo-pros for 2014. Would bring the squad size up to a good level (if not adding great quality)
