Luckily you can make different things with it, you just dont have to eat it plain everyday..
You can make soup, casserole, turkey salad, and other things

Then you get to eat it all over again less than a month later. I think i can see why American is the fattest nation 
Black Friday hit the UK in full force for the first time. I honestly thought we were better than americans and i was wrong. We are just as wild and greedy and that's sad. Although no-ones died that i've heard of.
Flicking around the deals online and wow retailers are going to do well. All the tech and stuff i was checking out i can get cheaper at other times in the year thanks to other offers. Will look around next week and probably save just as much money or more.

Black Friday shouldn't have special deals, isn't it a day of respect for the Black Friday fires, why would you have special deals and shopping then?

It has nothing to do with the fires...
It was originally called Black Friday because so many people went out to shop that it caused traffic accidents and sometimes even violence. They used the name to reflect their success. Accountants generally use black to signify profit when recording each day's book entries. Red is used to signify loss. Therefore, Black Friday means profitable Friday to retailing and to the economy.

- My friend bought a PS4 from BestBuy as they were the only place that had some left.
Overall, I had more fun last year, as I went to 2 large cities instead of 1 like this year. Also, I feel like more people actually went on Thursday this year leaving less deals for Friday.

The Wall Street crash in 1929 is called Black Friday in Europe because of the different time zones. Therefore I thought the Black Friday you are talking about here is a celebration of that crash. On the other hand, it is not far from it: People running around like crazy, trying to save (their) money. |
