and Hesjedal clearly had a mechanical because how could a guy who rode away from everyone suddenly get weaker.
Damn, that comment is really dumb. Is still remember when someone sent Eurosport a letter asking if Kiryenka is the strongest because nobody tries to pass him.

Konstantin Siutsou now also dropped from the peleton/Maillot Jaune group. Whether that matters much is debatable, or flat out doesn't for some people.
So just Porte and Lopez left for Sky at the moment. Though even if something were to happen one Richie Porte is worth almost a full team by himself.

Porte and López. Kiryienka missed the time cut in the Pyrenees.

I knew something wasn't quite right. So yeah Lopez, I'm just use to Kiriyenka tanking along
Anyhow in more legit news, Pierre Rolland just one point behind Froome in the King of the Mountains. Though if Froome wins tomorrow that means nothing.
Edit: Also I'm totally gonna blame the Aussies collapsing in the cricket. Learn to bat guys, geez.

How is Jens Voigt still in that yellow jersey group? What a guy.

Fair few guys still there - where did the form go for riders like Lopez and Siutsou or indeed Kirienka when he was the only elimination on that stage? Going to be a big inquisition at Sky no matter what happens. |

I'm not sure how Sky are in "trouble" rather then just dropping guys off as they would if they were in front and saving themselves for tomo. |

He buried himself for Porte on that stage and overcooked. It was insane hot that day too.
I don't think their form is that off, they probably have been at a slightly higher level at other parts of the season but not that much better. The field is just far stronger which makes them look worse (and coversely, less strong fields had made them look weak. |

Bloody hell they're awful. Seeing that prick Stuart Broad with a smile on his face is worse than this whole Froome situation. |

I'm not trying to knock them - they are highly likely to win the Tour back to back. I just think that the riders they have on this team are (and were earlier this season) much stronger.
Heard a few rumbles of perceived over training and some dissent in the ranks earlier this year during the classics. Be interesting to see if any more comes out. |
