You'll regret saying that when their move to Belkin gets official.
I hate you
Trek will basically be a new team, therefore Frank still can sign with them for 2014. This year though, Becca obviously doesn't want him back.

^I would like to see the Schleck's in different teams, but that must be less likely than me winning the lottery. |

It would be less likely than Cavendish winning the Tour de France.

This only means Becca doesn't want to give Fränk money for this season. This means nothing about his possible signing with Team Trek for 2014.

Pawel Poljanski will probably be a stagiare at Saxo-Tinkoff, good news for him as he never got to ride for Vini Fantini. |

Wait, so will Schleck be with the team this season after his suspension?

No, basically he's been fired from RSLT.
Trek, which is a NEW team just taking over the WT license will most likely hire F.Schleck to stay with Andy and Kim Anderson

So who will lead Radioshack at the Vuelta? Seems they have no climbers left, and I don't even think they have a spritner on the roster, maybe Gallopin a little. They have been a failure as a team.

Chris Horner will lead the team, should get a solid GC placing. Andy has already planned to ride the Vuelta as well. So they will be co-captains of the team, along with Giacomo Nizzolo as their sprinter.
And Fabian will ride the vuelta, so stage win possibilities with him.

What's the point of making Andy co-captain? Even the team management should realise that he isn't even remotely interested in the Vuelta.
If he takes part, he'll either abandon after a few days or spend the race partying like a few years ago.

Oh yeah, Horner! I hope he does well, I've always been a fan of him. He finally gets to actually lead a GT at 41. Though i wouldn't doubt a top 10. He did well in the Tour last year and was great early on this year in Tirreno before he got injured.
And I forgot Nizzolo as a sprinter. Woops. He should get some good placings.

Well, it basically all depends on how he does in the Tour. If he's not on good form, but gets better in the last week, than he will most likely ride the Vuelta and maybe actually try (I'm not sure really.)
Horner though is the leader, it's been planned since he couldn't ride the tour, and how he rode early in the year shows he is still capable of a top 10 placing, maybe even a top 5.

Yeah Horner rode very well early in the year, showing he's still a great climber. Top 10 should be realistic for him, but it also depends on the competition level. Other than Nibali, maybe Uran, I'm not sure who's peaking for the Vuelta, so it gives Chris a very good chance at having a good ride.

Rumours floating around that Astana are intersted in allowing Frank Schleck to ride with them for the Vuelta, then allow him to stay on, but here is the interesting part:
Let's see where that goes. Also there are rumours that they are looking to sign Andy for 2014... which might well piss Nibali off if he had in mind going for next year's Tour.

I doubt that they would have any interest in him at all, he is getting on in years now and I don't see him coming back as any type of GC contender again. Also he and Andy have stated they want to be on the same team next season.

I dont think so: they are a group of Aussies and friends, and I think theyd rather sign a younger rider like Slagter

Andy on the other hand would have a lot of mates to go out drinking with on Orica
