Just name them correctly (t0_luxembourg_xx_2012 - where xx is stage number, like 01, 02 etc) and place them in Main PCM folder/CM_stages (My Docs/PCM12/Mod/Stages after the next patch is released). That's all you need to do
If you want to add a new race, then you'd need to do the DB editing: https://pcmdaily.com/forum/viewthread....rowstart=0

I have a new laptop and just fiished putting PCM12 onto it.
However, to save waiting for days downloading the expansion pack again, can someone tell me what files I can put on a memory stick and copy other from my other laptop which has the expansion pack installed to this laptop that doesn't. I can seem to find my download of it on my other laptop
Thanks

If you still have the install files that would be best.
Otherwise I think you can just copy the whole PCM folder over and then overwrite everything that needs to be on your new laptop.

Just the PCM folder in program files/cyanide?

Yeah, the whole PCM 12 folder is what I would do. It would take way too long to pick out all the files that the db added. The whole folder will be very large though. It may take 2 or 3 transfers to get all the files copied over.
If I'm honest though, I'd just download it again if you can. It probably wont take more than 12 hours and of course its in the background so you can do other things while you wait.

I have it on download, but it is due to take over 200 hours. so I came up with this way as I am enjoying the game onlin ewith full graphics for the first time ever and want to enjoy it offline too

Hello, it would be nice if all races could have World Tour official jerseys (Eneco Tour ...)! Otherwise nice DB. |

Hey, I remember that someone, I think lluuiiggii, explained how the national / world champion system works in the db. Does anyone know where that post is, since I can't seem find it myself.

Not sure if you mean this, but Oleg wrote it for PCM11 and it might be still the same? Not sure though.
Jersey Number
World Champion 128
World Champion ITT 64
Nat Champion 32
Nat Champion ITT 16
Old World Champion 8
Old World Champion ITT 4
Old Nat Champion 2
Old Nat Champion ITT 1
Riders with more than 1 jersey:
For example Cancellara: World Champion ITT, Old World Champion ITT, Old Nat Champion and Old Nat Champion ITT ->
64 + 4 + 2 + 1 = 71
Important rule: if the total sum is above 128, take 256 from the total:
For example Hushovd: WC RR, NC RR, former RR and former ITT ->
128 + 32 + 2 + 1 = 163 (=higher than 128 so 163 - 256) = -93
The reason Hushovd is -97 @ yourgame is I think they also counted his World Time Trial Champion title (=4) from 1998 but that was U23

Not me, and since I can't remember the numbers everytime I need to change a NC in the DB I go to TankNL's post, which is basically the same as Oleg's (and both are still the same in PCM12 btw):

I have the problem that I don't see any equipment in the 3d race. Now I read the discussion between CrueTrue and Aragorn but the solution doesn't work or I misunderstand it. I select other/random equipment before the race but I doesn't help. Which equipment do I have to select or do I need another solution to fix my problem?

You've probably installed the DB wrong, you need to install it to the right folder. Take a look in Program Files/Cyanide and see if there are 2 PCM12 folders (unless you've bought the game by Steam): one in your game's original language (e.g. Pro Cycling Manager - Seizon 2012) and another one in English (Pro Cycling Manager - Season 2012). If that's the case, copy all the files from the English name folder and paste them to the other one.

The equipment has been assigned to the teams correctly.
There are no photos for the equipment.
And this has been asked and answered in this thread before, so look here if you have more questions about equipment.

As I have copied the files fromone laptop to another, some seem to have been lost. I am missing BMC logo and jersey, Garmin logo and jersey and Omega Pharma Quickstep logo and jersey.
Is it possible for someone to send me them via PM so then I can just replace them in the folder thanks.
I have pink block problems and have tried to fix it with no luck, for the moment it doesn't bother me and I am prepared to wait until the next version of the DB before sorting it.
Thanks

download the local.cdb from the first post if you have pink boxes where the images should be. |
