May wrapped up, rankings to come by bikex
I think we'll change the Fjords profiles, whilst i am super happy by the result the lack of other challenges makes it a potential fat tail pts race for 1-2 teams.
@croatia: Alaphilippe certainly on a roll at least.
Dominox to bring you the triple header next

Good result by Cruz in Rutland - Melton; looks like the strategy to send a cobbler and a sprinter was the right call again.
Gaviria taking 5th in Copenhague is a job well done, too. Durbridge in a league of his own, though
Although the gap to 2nd is pretty small, 5th is fine, yielding some more good points this month. We had some really nice and some pretty strange results; wondering what the rankings will look like...

Rare string of flops for us. Mullen off the podium in Copenhagen is pretty poor, though at least we had depth there. Then sprinters no shows in Race Horizon and Moscow. Langlois especially should have been better there.
Thanks for bringing so many races Shonak!

A nice little period for us all things considered.
Jimenez put up a solid performance in Amgen for the Youth Squad to take 19th in the GC and 5th in the U25s while we also took 3rd in the KOM.
Fjords was an eventful race! Sanz with a great opening stage win and then 3rd and 4th on the other 2 sprint stages. A clear win in the Points Classification from him in the end! Annoying TTT ruined the GC hopes though
2nd in KOM from Andersen a pleasant surprise as well as 4th in U25s from Boothroyd.
Sanz then continuing his decent form with 4th in Horizon Park before a slightly more disappointing 11th in Moscow.
Good racing all round from the team!

Well Fjords sucked. No selection in the road stages and we drop Wackermann in the TTT

Great sprint outings in Horizon Park and Moscow. Especially latter was a complete team performance. Our sprint setup has been working mostly this season, which is nice given that was something I had spent some time on.
Berg with a decent result in Rutland, although he should be a little higher up with his stats I guess.
Thanks for the continued coverage

Only Rutland-Melton for me in this batch of races. Carter 4th, good result! A win on home soil would have been perfect - Broomhead will try next year and after that our pot 7 sprinter Wayne Richards.
I think we'll change the Fjords profiles, whilst i am super happy by the result the lack of other challenges makes it a potential fat tail pts race for 1-2 teams.
I support that, final GC looks too weird.

I agree the hilly stage in Tour de Fjords should probably be more selective.
Thanks Shonak, rankings update posted now! |

Drop in the rankings but that was to be expected. Just need to be consistent going ahead. We never going to challenge near the top.
Thanks for the update Bikex

We only had CT.2 races this month, so pretty low PpRD return. Still, we gained two spots in the CT rankings and one in the prestige CT ranking, so we're heading into the right direction. June will be a crucial month for us, with quite some racing, not much of which is CT.2. We'll see... I don't think promotion is an option this year, but we're definitely stronger than last season.
Thanks for the update!

Bardet briefly top of the rankings after his Giro win. Renault will slowly slide down the ranking after this high point.
Not used to having to look so far down to find my U23 team, looking forward to next year.
Thanks for the update Bikex.

Bardet had a good start at Guatemala, earning his keep.

So far, so good, both in Germany and Guatemala. Alitalia's tactic worked perfectly this time on stage 1 in Germany. Howard much better than in the Giro. Now we are banking on Sagan for the hilly stages.
Majka is 4th ahead of the ITT and the brutal queen stage, where he needs to be to make this a successful focus race.

12th is not quite what I was hoping for in La Jurassaine with Chamorro, but I guess with that stacked field and his low support stats I couldn't ask for much more.
Guatemala pretty disappointing so far, with the exception of Martin taking the KoM jersey on stage 1. But again no results from Gonzalez, who is just too weak to be considered for the sprints by the engine.
Top15 will probably be the maximum Gomez can achieve here as a 77 climber, and I think he's on a good way to do so. Still hoping for him to move up some spots, especially after the long TT, but we'll see.
