I get that it's better short term for number of players but the last couple of games the multiple say increase on the deadlines kills long-term interest a bit, at least for me. I guess it'll be better once European exams are done? Anyway, I'm still interested and excited for the game going forward

Agreed. I would say most active people on here get on at least once every 2-3 days. An 8 day deadline isn't necessary. I would say 4 days maybe even 3 in some cases!

Round 2: The Internet - Results
1. Name a website not owned by Google
I should have predicted this would happen when making the questions, but the best website on the internet, PCM.Daily, wins this one easily with 9 selections. Nothing else got more than 1 point.
Spoiler PCM.Daily 9x
Facebook 1x
Yahoo 1x
pcmherediano.weebly.com 1x
2. Name a website besides google.com that is owned by Google
This answer is similarly unanimous, with mega-giant YouTube easily taking 9 points of their own. No love for Gmail, which settles for a single point despite being the most used E-Mail client for computers. Everything else is 1 point as well.
Spoiler YouTube 9x
Gmail 1x
Dodgeball 1x
Google.co.nz 1x
3. Name a PCM.Daily meme (An inside joke only we understand)
Zabel'd wins out here with 7 selections, a phrase that is so common on here I've actually used it quite a few times in real life, a phenomenon that confuses everyone around me. 2agan is another good one, but it gets no love here after getting more than pipped on the line by the winner.
Spoiler Zabel'd 7x
2agan 1x
Catporn 1x
Jesleyh 1x
My Avatar 1x
dumb jandal 1x
4. Name a terrible 2016 Internet meme or trend
This was definitely the most varied question, with Harambe, a brutally murdered martyr for freedom, coming out on top with 3 points. Dabbing gets 2 mentions, and I would argue this was the worst trend of last year, as it couldn't just die away like everything else. Jandal's answer here seems to contradict his answer to question 3, as if he was really registering on more sites, then dumb jandal would no longer be a PCM.Daily exclusive meme.
Spoiler Harambe 3x
Dabbing 2x
We Are Number One 1x
Mannequin Challenge 1x
Trump 1x
Condescending Wonka 1x
Be Like Bill 1x
Jandal registering on sites 1x
Memes 1x
5. Name a YouTube channel with under 5,000,000 subscribers
I have to admit, I really thought this question would go better and favor YouTubers that are currently trending or were recently. instead, I, baseballlover312, apparently win this question with 3 people answering my channel of the same name. Everything else got 1 point. Now, if everyone that answered me subscribed and watched my videos, I'd be a little more flattered! :P

Another perfect round, this time it's SSJ2Luigi taking home the crown with 31 points, though all who got the first three questions "correct" are right in the mix, most notably fjhoekie and Marcovdw, just two points behind.
That performance moves fjhoekie into the overall lead, with 54 total points after two rounds. Marcovdw and trekbmc are right behind with 51 points, and most participants in both rounds so far are still very much in contention, in various places within the 40's. SSJ2Luigi's poor performance in Round 1 means that he's still only in 6th place after his perfect round, but he's back in contention at least. On the contrary, Round 1's runner up matt17br did not participate in Round 2, and thus he slips down to 11th.
Sorry for a sub-par round with lots of controversy guys! I will take some time to make sure the next round works out much better!

Don't worry too much about your questions mate, do what you think is right and if people cannot answer them then they can't simple as that |

Hey, I was being self-centered (except PCM Herediano, obviously) so dumb jandal, whilst not a daily meme, is my best shot Anyway, thanks for the round bbl, and they were good questions, not the reason why participation is down.

Round 3: Canada - Results
1. Name a Canadian Celebrity
It makes sense that Justin Bieber comes out on top here, as he has been the main reason American has been trying to increase its immigration security. 7 votes for him. Cobie Smulders, who I will admit I hadn't heard of before this, comes in second with 3 votes. Other answers only garner a sole point.
Spoiler Justin Bieber 7x
Cobie Smulders 3x
Ryan gosling 1x
Pamela Anderson 1x
Stana Katic 1x
2. Name a Canadian Province
7 answers go to Quebec, which definitely has the most notoriety culturally and in terms of cycling out of any of the Canadian provinces, holding both the country's World Tour events. The most populous province, Ontario, is not too far behind with 4 people giving it as their response.
Spoiler Quebec 7x
Ontario 4x
Alberta 1x
Prince Edward Island 1x
3. Name a stereotypically Canadian product
There was only one true answers to this question, and it was the sticky, sweet goodness of genuine maple syrup, reaching double digits points wise. As Valv321 has reminded us in the past, milk comes in bags there. While maple leaves themselves and "Sorry" are stereotypically Canadian for sure, they really aren't products. It doesn't matter anyway because anything but syrup gets 1 point.
Spoiler Maple Syrup 10x
Milk in Bags 1x
Sorry 1x
Maple Leaves 1x
4. Name a Canadian UCI Continental race
A few years ago the results might have been different for this one, but now, the Tour of Alberta runs away with 10 answers. Not much competition, although I expected more from the Tour de Beauce.
Spoiler Tour of Alberta 10x
Tour de Beauce 1x
Delta Road Race 1x
Grand Prix Cycliste de Montreal 1x
5. Name a current Canadian road cyclist
It looked early on as though this one may have been a crap shoot, but in the end Cannondale's Michael Woods wins with 4 alike responses. Svein Tuft is the only other rider with more than one mention, carrying 2. Former Giro winner Ryder Hesjedal would have definitely won last year, but despite still getting a mention this round, he retired at the conclusion of last season.
Spoiler Michael Woods 4x
Svein Tuft 2x
Guillaume Boivin 1x
Leah Kirchmann 1x
Ryan Roth 1x
Ryan Anderson 1x
Hugo Houle 1x
Matteo Dal-Chin 1x
Ryder Hesjedal 1x
Results
Two perfect rounds this time around, and they are very clutch for the overall standings for the likes of Selwink and trekbmc. roturn comes in 3rd, just forgetting about the Biebs. Reigning overall leader fjhoekie didn't have a bad round in 5th, but loses 6 crucial points to the winners.
As I said before, this round was critical for all those near the top of the leader board. At the round's conclusion, it's trekbmc in the overall lead with 89 points. Just two points behind is the user that tied him for the round win, Selwink, with 87. Former leader fjhoekie is still right there with 86 points, only 3 behind trek. It's extremely tight at the top, though about five more guys are still right in mix.
