Let's be honest, UHC are basically a 3rd division team with a higher budget. They rarely race in Europe.
They are Pro-Continental, because of some benefits and eventual Wildcard invitation for World Tour races (highly unlikely considering how nationalist are the invitation). Besides UHC rarely takes WT washups, so IMO Farrar would most likely end up in US Continental team like Jamis, Axeon, Rally, Lupus etc.
Or he may end up in team like ONE Pro Cycling - they have WT aspirations (via Wildcard) and considering that the team's young and perhaps adding a veteran like Farrar would be beneficial for both sides.

People should relax!!! Are memories that short around here when it comes to transfer rumours and Sky? It was like this last year and the couple of years before that with a heap riders linked to Sky and in the majority of cases the rumours turned out not to be true. Lets just cool our jets before we go topping ourselves

was mostly referring to seeing Enger at a team like AG2R...
