how about somewhere weird like Greenedge, given that (I think) they're looking for a GC contender anyway, and Schleck could provide some decent mountain support
I think they would prefer Adam Yates over him as a captain any day but he might get his shit together if he change team so we never know... unless he goes down significantly in salary i doubt that is a solution for Orica.

Definitely not to a team that won't be invited to the Tour de France
I don't see any teams who is willing to pay for him besides maybe Skydive dubai... and i doubt Trek are giving him another chance.
If he goes to Dubai, then he will just be following the 'Let's Get Rich Quick With No Pressure To Perform' scheme that many footballers seem to do by going to play in Qatar / Dubai

Yes please!
I mean, Rolland & Bernaudeau will turn Andy Schleck into a workhorse and basically will force him to ride into form. Sending Andy in the break, making him work for 100km+, letting him sprint for meaningless KoM points. This is what Andy needs right now, not obnoxious GT aspirations or pressure from the public & management.
Maybe this could be the spark that Andy needs, and if not, Europcar (team) attacks will get just that little bit stranger. And on top of that, there should be a nice media feud with Andy & Tommy V too.
It's just... so damn perfect. Please make it happen.

Going slightly off topic again
The huge points for the intermediate sprint point has not worked. They should either go back to having numerous sprints along a stage or lessen the points at the intermediate sprint.
And back on topic.
Andy Schleck should just retire, he doesn't have the motivation, commitment or state of mind for Cycling anymore. Injuries can do that to you, he will never be the Schleck of old.

He said to some czech website, that he would join, if given the opportunity, Tinkoff-Saxo and ride for Kreuziger/Contador, but still be a leader in some races

Kreuziger, Contador, majka and Roche could all lead GTs and have recently done well doing so.
I don't think that's a good move, unless Kreuziger gets banned. Then he could fill that void.

He should go to Trek or Garmin. Actually think he'd be a good fit for Garmin except that they only like having English speaking GT leaders.

I don't think he should. not many teams are looking for a rider like him (they either got riders that are similiar or better or still believe that they are)

Hence Garmin/Trek. Both aging squads with not much more than Top 10 GC potential in their current riders. Could use a younger climber with good TT skills as well. At worst he's amazing support. At best, he's the strongest climber on either team. Neither team really have a young guy that would develop into something Konig already is either.
I just remembered Talansky and Konig dont like each other and actually Talansky is good, so forget Garmin. Trek is his best fit imo.

Wouldn't Orica be the perfect choice for Konig since they already looking for a GT leader but heard they would have to let someone go to get in a rider with his salary... But Trek seems great to, i hope he goes to a team where he can lead so i really don't like the idea of Tinkoff
Else Maes, Cattaneo and Rowe made extensions with their teams.
Diego Rosa rumoured to Astana.

don't they still have that useless Australian "sprinter" with no races under his belt known as Goss?
especially as he was signed on a bumper deal after winning MSR and being a decent sprinter in that HTC train (kinda makes you appreciate just how good they were)
