Bos seems to go as well. At least that's what the procyclingstats startlist said, haven't seen if/that Belkin told that. Bos said at the start of the season that he thinks about it
Now that'd be great in this field. Seriously, with this field, I can see him getting a win or 2.

And, out of curiosity, in how many stages do you expect him to be present to sprint at the end ? |

Bit late response, sorry for that
More than you think. He isn't as bad on hills as he used to be(still rubbish though, but can take a few of them)
Stage 6(Not sure how uphill it goes though, doesn't look really uphill), Stage 7 if not ridden hard, Stage 12 & Stage 21.
Well, I see him winning 1 or 2 of them, actually.

Stage 6 isn't that bad at the end:
Out of pure sprinting, obviously Bos has the advantage but like you said it depends on how hard a lot of these stages are ridden, none of them are completely flat...

Bos has been on cyclingfever's startlist since like forever. I find it more reliable than PCS. Since now both have him on the startlist, I guess he's going to be there.

Curious on Betancur. If he is in top shape he will be the main man. Pozzovivo will take over if he is not. I think Uran, Henao, Purito, Valverde and Betancue/Pozzo will have the best chances. I think Purito will win it.
Domenico Pozzovivo

He can go to USA challenge and pull on 22nd or something like that. But yeah, probably a mistake.

Isn't there a rule that if you abandon one race, you can't participate in any other race which starts before the end of that race? |

There is that rule, except when you abandoned because of a fall/illness, I think. |

You have to get permission by the organisation from the race you abandonded to race in the other race.
Race-organisations have more power over their startlists then we think

AG2R
BERARD Julien
BETANCUR Carlos Alberto
CHAINEL Steve
CHEREL Mikael
GASTAUER Ben
MONDORY Lloyd
MONTAGUTI Matteo
NOCENTINI Rinaldo
POZZOVIVO Domenico
Another solid lineup for AG2R. Betancur clear leader, however if he's not in shape, Pozzovivo can take over. Nocentini provides them few options too.
Also solid both flat and moutain domestiques in the team.

Garmin - Sharp
KREDER Michel
FERNANDEZ Koldo
KREDER Raymond
RASMUSSEN Alex
STETINA Peter
HOWES Alex
MARTIN Daniel
ZABRISKIE David
NUYENS Nick
Zabriskie is still slotted for USAPCC too, so maybe still some shakeups, but I said it before and I'll say it again.
Why didn't Garmin pick Tyler Farrar? He hasn't raced a GT this year, he is their main sprinter, and he showed good progress at the Eneco Tour on stage 2.
Also, they brought guys Fernandez, who is nothing but a poor sprinter. Whether Farrar is still good or not, he's better than Koldo Fernandez. Kreder is the same. He obviously is younger and has showed great potential, but come on.
And they aren't going for GC. So what are they trying to do?

Win a stage with Dowsett, then their Vuelta has been a success. |

Agreed with you here. Stage-hunting I guess, but Farrar has more chance of that in sprints(though Martin(Irish, not USA!) has a good shot there).
They could as well go Argos-style, just some young adventurers, this doesn't make a lot of sense. They'd rather build a team around Martin or so.
Also, which Kreder do you mean?
Edit:
@Jacob Yeah, but it's really challenging for Garmin to win a stage with Dowsett

Yeah, I'm sure Movistar would be happy with one stage win out of the Vuelta...

Yeah. He had 3 Americans around him, so I wasn't really paying attention.
I'm just thinking that they didn't give Farrar any chance this year. What were they saving him for?
I meant Raymond. personally, I think he would be a great leadout man for Farrar.
And I thought Martin wasn't even going for GC. So building a team around him would be useless. Especially when you are bring exclusively flat guys liek Fernandez, R. Kreder, Rasmussen, and Nuyens.

Well, what's the use of those flat guys anyway now? 3 Top 10s for Fernandez?
And agreed, Raymond is more talented than Michel anyway.
