In my Belkin career, I have just started the Tour de France, with Mollema my leader and Gesink who finished 8th in the Giro to help him along with Ten Dam, for sprints brought Brown, Bos and Renshaw, rest of the squad are LL Sanchez, Boom and Bobridge.
In June, Martens won Tour of Luxembourg, Mollema 4th overall +1 stage win at Crans Montana at Tour de Suisse.
Gesink finished 6th overall at the Dauphine, fatigued from Giro.

I have a impression that very many breakaways doesn't get caught by the peleton. Actually, almost every third stage ends up with a breakaway group crossing the finishing line first.
Even when i try to catch them, with 5 riders at 90%, i don't have a chance.
It's very unrealistic that 5 riders keep a 2 min lead the last 30 km in Giro d'italia stage 1 for example.
Anyone experience the same? |

It's only been mentioned 1000 times and a thread is made for that issue alone

Just took my first proper win on this years game: Suicide-attack by roleur on the final bit of the stage. The kicker is that the guy was number 2 in the GC and now holds all jerseys but the KoM.

It's still a very big file. But someone made a San Remo (variant-thing) with less graphics which runs very smoothly! If you want, I can look it up for you! |

I play on hard, so maybe that's it. I know it's something like that with leadout trains for ai.

For todays TDF stage you need wind a lot of that.
You can start with 40 km/h wind (right bottom there is a screen with a windsock) as with 30 etc. you might stretch the peloton but not splitting them as it's too weak. Funny -> todays wind speed when they splitted the peloton was around 20..
Also press "o" to display the windsock above the selected rider.
If it's coming from the front and left or right thats ideal to split the peloton.
But you need also the riders (also the numbers, 1 or 2 don't do the job I think) plus a lot of effort to pull that one off.

I really wanted to start a long career. Cyanide must be preparing a major patch, I hope. In PCM 2012, by now we had 4 patches released. |

Think this Waghlon: would be worst if it was the same time and firstly appeared you won and then on the podiums the other guy would won and he would be the WC. |

Havnt yet had one in 13, but some fantastic ones in 10,11 and 12. But as Rin wrote, you need high winds, pretty much exactly across, and some really strong flat guys to make it work.
Most likely to see them in Qatar and Oman than the Tour

I managed to do it on the stage to Old Willunga Hill in my Cannondale career, as I got out to coast it was gusting 75 at times.

I just had a really wind stage, in Giro stage 3. In the variant when it starts in Greece. My team with little help from FDJ at the end drived hard and was 76people in the peleton in the end |
